Zero service: Even if your room turns out to be uninhabitable due to all the defects, they refuse any form of cancellation or refund. Getting your money back is impossible. We tried but we got no solution. It was Either the street (late check-in) or endure this hell. Because I have 5 children, I chose this hell. For myself, the street was a better option. The bathroom and toilet (a claustrophobic disaster): The toilets are clogged and the taps leak incessantly. It is my second stay in Pearl. This time, I stayed in the same area with the reception. Then, I moved for one night to the E area on the 16th floor, which I so far consider the best. I even had two cans of coke inside, probably from previous tenants. What I liked about the place is service - I have never seen anyone so polite when stayed in Hong Kong. My too choice now.
