Dishonest owner. 1) They won’t update SINGLE ROOM to SINGLE ROOM WITH SHARED BATHROOM on their booking site. 2) once you reached there, they’ll ask to upgrade your room with shared bathroom to room with bathroom attached. And you can only pay cash for it. 3) Some travellers received so called ‘free’ upgrade when I asked, solely because they complained about the hostel’s indirect scam game. This is the worst, extremely dishonest.

They scam you the minute you check in. The receptionist charged me for extra money as he said to improve my room and give me better one. And asked me to record a video recommending the place for other customers.

The hotel location is in city center near tourist eara, bus metro, shopping Hotel is very clean Service is good Price is cheap

Very good. Convenient location and reasonable price. Bed is clean and tidy. It is great.

It worth its price. Location on the map is really good. But you need to know that overall this house itself is moldy and has a lot of enterprises and people inside, plus it is close to Chungking express, which is cool, but I would not call it safe enough, especially for girls at night. In the room you have everything you need to just sleep there, but conditions and interior just meet the cheap price. It’s okay for staying with friends on a low budget for a sleep, but if you travel alone I would recommend to search for other options.

Amazing location and the friendliest staff. The man who received me allowed me to upgrade to a room with window and private bathroom for a discounted price. The hotel is close to bus stations, metro station and ferry pier. Right in the middle of Tsim Shui Tsa district. Totally recommend.

The accommodation surely delivered travelers need. Location is the strongest point, 1minutes walk to train station & bus stop, 10minutes walk to k11 & avenue of the star. Cleanliess also great. But as traveler who have been travelled to many country there are 1 thing bit upsetting. 1st we book a room from trip.com, we picked the lowest regard we only spend little time at the room But the lowest room photo has a bathroom inside, and i traveling with 6 years old daugther. So i must spend another $800HKD to upgrade a room with bathroom inside. Lastly there is only 1 keycard to access door. So if my kids sleep inside the room, and i must travel outside. I cannot go inside, must wake her up.

we paid extra hkd300 as they said we’ve booked a no CR room. they give us a with cr room with additional hkd300. and the most scariest part is they entered and cleaned the room without permission when we came home our trash can is empty already we felt we’re not safe because they can access your room anytime 😂😂😂 bad experienced here. marami silang guest house name kaya book at your own risk 😂😂 mura kuno pero napapamura ka with additional payment. Hotel nalang kayo. hindi sila available at midnight 11pm mag pm pa messagepa kayo sa kanila

If u dont have extra budget dont stay here we are charge 600hk they said that our room that we book has no toilet inside and they will give a more comfortable room. Aside from that there is 50hk for luggage storage after u check out and since we paid 600hk we didnot pay s storage fee

its good for the price plus the lady at the reception was really nice and accommodating, cold aircon may tv and clean bathroom wlang ring surot ... if your on a budget this Inn would suit you plus it's near everywhere there's also money exchanger and shops downstairs 😊

CAREFUL! They might try to scam you at Check-in. Arriving was a chore, because they don’t give you the right room number - Check-in is on Floor 13, C2. I was directed to floor 16 and had no mobile reception, so I couldn’t call. Luckily, there was a very kind receptionist in the 16. floor from another hostel who called them for me and told me to go to F13/C2. Once there at the Check-in Ken told me I had a room with a shared bathroom, and that I should upgrade for approx. an extra HKD 75 per night. I was pretty sure that I had a room with private bathroom and asked him. He said no, and that guests usually upgrade and that the price is usually an extra HKD 100 per night, and that he gave me a special price. I said I’m fine with a shared bathroom. He tried again, going lower with an extra HKD 50 per night. I said no. In the end I got the room I booked, with en suite bathroom, and in return Ken asked me to leave him a good review. So there you go: Beware of KEN, don’t get scammed. This is a budget option, so be prepared to meet a cockroach (and maybe a rat or two in the main building corridor). My room had no windows. It was honestly impressive with how much hair there was everywhere - I don‘t know whether the stuff wasn‘t washed (the bedsheets were rumpled, but that could be simply because they weren‘t ironed, and the duvet had no duvet covers, so it’s difficult to tell…) or if the cleaning person had hair loss, but it‘s the most hair I‘ve ever seen in such a small place. AC worked a treat, I was really happy about that. It does drip a little though, from the fan as well as the ceiling when you first turn it on.

While booking I left a note that our arrival will be at 1am. Arriving at the hotel past midnight, reception was already closed and we cannot check in. We had to find a room to stay for the night then check in the morning. They said most of the inn there closes at night and it's in their policies. Late check in have extra charge. We can no longer refund the 1st night (unless you have travel insurance), but the good thing was they offered us with bigger room with bathroom and window plus it's cozy. Just sharing, so when your flight is past midnight, make sure to check hotel policies.
