We stayed for 14 nights at the Mercury. When compared to regular hotel rooms, the apartment we got was more spacious for our longer stay. The facility wasn't the newest but it was definitely worth the price we paid. There was also a small laundry room with 3 washing machines and 3 drying machines which could be used free of charge. This came to be a nice surprise. Overall I'm happy with my stay.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find, but the elevator lights in the lobby are very dim. It takes a long time to find the floor and press the button every time. The air conditioner in the room cannot be manually operated. After adjusting the temperature, it will automatically return to 25 degrees. I wake up hot every night in the middle of the night. Really hope it can be improved.

It is quite close to the MTR Tin Hau Station. Next door is the Citybus transfer station. You can take the E11 directly to the airport. There are convenient facilities nearby the accommodation. There is a Wellcome supermarket opposite. There are plenty of snacks nearby. There are also supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls and pharmacies.
The guest room is a one-bedroom and one living room (with sofa and dining table) with a sink and microwave, which is very convenient. This time I stayed in an upgraded balcony room. Although the lower floor does not have a panoramic view of the city, it is easy to get in and out, and there is no need to wait for the elevator for a long time. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong, hot water comes out quickly, and bathing is quite comfortable. The gate on the G floor is equipped with access control. The gate will automatically open after sensing, making entry and exit very convenient.
The overall stay was quite satisfying and the service was good! Worth revisiting!

Not a bad hotel 5 minutes from two metro stations. The room is quite large, there is a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, two TVs, air conditioning. For two people - ideal.

The basic experience is good. The bed in the room is a bit small. I'm 175cm tall and even the pillows are on my feet. I can only watch multimedia on the TV in the living room.

Nice room, daily cleaning; good for a 2-3 day stay. There are cafes and a supermarket nearby. The windows don't open, but it wasn't really necessary, the air conditioning works 24 hours a day. There was a smell of sewage from time to time, but since we were hardly in the room, it didn't cause any inconvenience. Convenient location, the metro is a 7-minute walk away; it's easy to get to the center. The price for accommodation was nice (inexpensive for Hong Kong).

It’s quite rundown but it is a convenient location. Spacious room but furnitures and room conditions need urgent upgrades (multiple stinks on chairs). It does offer free self service washing and drying machines but I could never get clothes dried and you will get your clothes randomly taken out as there are always tenants who maybe in such a rush to get their clothes cleaned and dried. If you are not renting for months, you will likely be given rooms on very low floors without any views or … natural lights. So your curtains will always be down. And even if they do offer a portable stove, there is no utensils, not even glasses and forks.
They do allow me to cancel my second part of trip for free and I appreciate it.
