The hotel location is every thing, a few step from MRT station, shopping area, restaurants, and habour. Room size is bigger than I expected.

Hotel is easy to find. Not far from TST bus stop and very near K11 ArtMall Room is.Cleaness and.big. Very comfort you can deposite your bag after.checkout and.pick it before.you back to airport.

This marks my second stay at this establishment, and I'm eager to provide insights into what makes this hotel noteworthy. First and foremost, the hotel's strategic proximity to the subway station enhances its appeal. Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, it offers unparalleled convenience, allowing easy access to the subway and an array of late-night dining options. While the room may not rival the expansive layouts found in Thai hotels, it does reflect the distinctive spatial style characteristic of Hong Kong accommodations. Having previously favored M1 Yua Ma Tei Hotel, I was drawn to Xi Hotel for its more generous room size. Despite the allure of M1 Hotel's smaller rooms, the substantial savings at Xi Hotel made the decision worthwhile for this trip, granting me a more spacious environment to unwind and organize my belongings over the course of my two-day stay. The hotel's accessibility stands out, with numerous BTS stations in close proximity. Positioned on Minden Avenue, a mere 3-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station's D1 exit (approximately 280 meters), the convenience of reaching various destinations in the city adds to the overall positive experience. During my two-night stay, I took advantage of various discount coupons from Agoda, resulting in a total cost of 8,400 baht. Breaking it down, the average nightly rate comes to about 4,200 baht, excluding breakfast. It's worth noting that prices may vary based on the time of stay and the prevailing tourist season. My visit took place at the end of February 2019. Now, turning our attention to the hotel itself, please pardon the modest size of the review's accompanying pictures, as they were not originally intended for this purpose. Very good location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy transport access. Good for a Quick in and out of hong kong getaway

The bathroom is quite old and there are some moldon the wall and floor. The bedroom smell quite bad from carpets. There are some duat and would be some tiny bugs since i got reddish itchy on my legs. By the way good things are comfort bedding,bath amenities and hair dryer on room. Location is so convinent and closed to department stores, resturants, and bus station.

Pros: Excellent location: Just a 2-minute walk to K11 Art Mall and MTR, and less than 10 minutes to K11 MUSEA and Victoria Harbour. This puts you right in the heart of the action, surrounded by various restaurants and attractions. Cons: Cleanliness concerns: Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness fell short of expectations. The carpet was dusty and visibly had hair from previous guests. While towels and amenities were replenished daily, the duvet was not changed during the stay. This raises hygiene concerns and might be a dealbreaker for some. Overall: The hotel's prime location is undeniably convenient, but cleanliness issues might be a dealbreaker for hygiene-conscious travelers. Consider your priorities carefully before booking. For a backpacker point of view, the hotel room is bigger than the other similar hotels in HongKong. The bathroom size is also acceptable. The location is very accessible from the TST and East TST MTR station. It is also near the shopping area of HongKong. I hope they can provide 2 sets of shampoo and body wash next time especially when the room is good for two people especially summer time because we take shower frequently. ☺️ But overall, I would like to stay again in this hotel if the hotel price is affordable and reasonable.

Dirty and old hotel, hotel reception service was bad and housekeeping service was bad too. The water in the shower could not be drained out properly on first night. We asked them to fix it the next day but still could not drain out properly. Will not stay in this hotel again.

nicely located in Minden Avenue, where there are a few nice Japanese Restaurants
