Dirty. Very small. In photos looked better when I booked it. There is no even soap ! At this level at the building very dirty and something is always built. I didn’t like it.

The room has just been renovated about half a year ago and is very tidy. The maintenance of the building is also to make it tidier in the future.

It is great hotel, with accessible to every where, metro station is just near, easily to reach exhibition Centre, food and surrounding, never be a problem.

Good for temporary (one - two nights) staying. Landlord can speak Chinese and English, room clean.

Photos are a little out of date, this is a really dated and traditional old Kowloon guest house in a big residential block, use the right lift to access the right floor!! Having said that it was a room with a bed and hot water, what more could you need

If the requirements and hotel standards are still not met, the appearance of the building is relatively old, but the photos you took of our rooms are all newly renovated. This double bed room is not small, the hotel is of this size, and the bedding is very clean. The rating you gave us is too low🤷🏻😀. Anyway, thank you for your review🙏

We weren't able to stay in here even though we had a confirmed booking.
We arrived 8:30 am in the hotel/office but the door was closed. we tried pressing the door bell several times but to no avail.
We also tried the phone located near their front door but there was no dial tone.
No one was inside.
I came back by 9am and tried again but still had the same result.
We ended up booking another hotel.
We just wasted our money in this hotel. Very dissappointed.
Response from Property: Check-in time is 2pm. If you arrive at 8am, the doorbell or phone may not work. We live next door. Maybe I will wait for you to check in until 5am. I also asked the website. I was too tired to fall asleep.

The overall stay was great. Running hot water and basic amenities like toilet paper and shower gel/shampoo are provided. Great place for the money for a short term no frills stay

I wasn't able to go on my vacation as planned, so I didn't check in into the accommodation.
I wasn't able to get a refund from the accommodation.

Facilities are old but the stains on the walls and doors could be cleaned but we're left there. Small cockroach was crawling and the toilet is so small that it's hard to take a shower.

Not very clean little dusty.washroom also small.10%look like pictures .only can book in emergency if not find out more.our all not good enough for take peaceful rest . Good for 3 adult with 1child .staff not required. Our all is ok
