everything was great. the staff is very responsive. You could leave your luggage and check in earlier. It was a little difficult to find a hotel since it was my first time in Hong Kong. The room itself is small but comfortable. Good location

Really hard to find fault, paid a fair price for excellent service. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay.

So glad we booked this inn, good location, cleanliness is superb and the caretaker is friendly.

I didn’t realize that there is no any window in our room, it was really a problem to live there, we can’t even make a breathe without air conditioner, which was working at not proper and suddenly switched to freeze or warm wind. Too small room for 2s persons. The main disappointment was when twice for 5 days of our living we were trying to catch up huge cockroachs Can’t recommend this place to live.

Jordan Comfort Inn is so good. It is a budget friendly hotel. The Front desk Hongkong ladies are accomodating and kind, you can leave your luggages if you arrive there early. Just make sure to download google voice translate in playstore so you will understand each other. By the way I am a Filipino. The location is very good and not overcrowded. It has 3 elevator lifts. It very near to Jordan MTR station and to 7/11, and other cheap but amazing grocery store "Welcome" and KFC ( try the egg tart at KFC and you will love it) This hotel provide clean and comfortable bed, pillows and blankets, shampoo, liquid soap, towels, toothbrush, toothpaste ,blower for hair, drawer, hot/ cold water, Ac and tv with local stations and the drawer is equip with usb charging outlet. They also provide electronic card key for your room & you can bring it anywhere if you will go sight seeing and they have security guard in ground floor for you to be safe. They also change the towels and maintain cleanliness in your room. We will definitely come back again here. Thank You Jordan Comfort Inn and Trip.com :)

Excellent location and clean room. Very close to jordan station.

The location is great, near MTR Jordan station and bus stations. The original room that we booked was unavailable upon check-in but they have upgraded us to a larger room to make sure we're settled. They clean the room everyday, oral kits are replenished. Drinking water, microwave, etc. are available in the common area. The room is a bit small but with the price, it's reasonable.

It was very convenient and everyone working there was very kind and caring. The room was comparatively small, however for the price and location not something to complain. I was even allowed to leave my luggage there after check-out.

Even though they rooms are small like all other hotels in Hong Kong, the space was totally enough for 2 people. Everything looks very neat, cozy and pretty much nee even before entering the room. The first thing yhat you'll notice is how clean everything is (unlike other hotels of the same type) thanks to amazing housekeepers, who were very friendly and helpful to all my needs! Our room was without the window and it was very quiet, so we slept like 2 babies😊 Only 1 thing, though. Make sure, you talk to the stuff in advance in case if you are over 190 cm tall (I am 187) - a bed in some of the rooms like ours can be short for you, so they could give you a room with a bit more space for your feet.

Surprisingly the cheapest and good value for your money you can ever get while in Hong Kong for business or for pleasure. The Boss is so kind to let me stay in 2 hours past the checkout time.

Clean room , Great Location , easy for shopping and foods , walking distance to Avenue of Stars. First not easy to find the hotel but you can ask local people to help.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, rooms might be small but they are comfortable. This time I was a late arrival and it was good to see the staff waiting for me when I arrived, and I was quickly shown to my room for a nights rest before business the following day. Once Saturday came, staff was again helpful in allowing me to leave my luggage in order to alleviate any troubles on a quick trip because I had mentioned I was leaving again that day. They kept my luggage safe and secure until I retrieved it. I’ve uploaded photos before so nothing this time except a good nights rest and a friendly welcome.

A very bad experience, don't get this hostel by seeing photos, it's on 8th floor and tnee is no lift , you have to go up and dow by stairs, air conditioner aslo don't work. And not a good reception serv, not clean . It's very hot and conjugated rooms, be safe and get a good one even you have to pay more.
