Good location and service, room acceptable, many restaurants close by

It was great! I would like to book again if I have the opportunity. The staff were very nice and polite.

When I arrived at the hotel, I found that the front desk was closed, so I called the front desk to check in. The room size was barely acceptable and the location was very good. It was right outside the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and Chungking Mansions. It smelled bad and was not hygienic. Fortunately, the bedding was clean. Yes, I booked a twin room but I didn’t write the second person’s information. Then the business owner actually said that they would arrange for a stranger to live with me. I was shocked. If I didn’t want to, I would change to a single room, which has no bathroom, and I need to make up the price difference of 150 yuan, or buy another bed. I also need to pay 150 yuan. It feels like a word game. I later complained to the merchant about this matter, and they just said that the owner stipulated that I was just an agent. There is no way, if you want to check out, you can't get a refund, so you have to admit that you are unlucky. I understand the workers, but I don't understand the accommodation policy in Hong Kong.

This check-in experience was very poor. As soon as we entered the door, the carpet ran away, the toilet door lock was broken and had to be hooked with a rope, the toilet cover was full of urine stains, and the toilet paper was not mended. We wanted to turn a blind eye and close one eye, because the counter staff saw us when we checked-in If there are four members who want to stay, it is highly recommended to pay an extra 200 yuan to upgrade the 4-person room (originally booked two single rooms). The first day passed like this, and on the second night, I found a lot of obvious little things on the pillow with a black coat, and it would crawl when I looked closely. It was full of white bugs, and the counter staff could not be contacted that night. I explained this to the trip platform. The platform only said that I could not be contacted all the time, and I could only respond when the counter staff went to work at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning, so this part did not It was dealt with in a timely manner. That night we went to a friend's house in Hong Kong to sleep overnight. When we asked the counter the next day, the counter staff was very unfriendly. We won't notice that the coat is on the pillow! The attitude of the counter staff was that they were very unwilling to listen to the problems we encountered. Later, they asked the police to deal with them. The environment was so bad that even the local police could not bear to sigh. They did see white bugs crawling on the bed and told us later. You can only complain to the Consumer Council. The counter staff and the manager used the crawling white bugs as cotton wool, and wanted to destroy the corpse, saying that they couldn't see it because they had bad eyes. The overall experience is extremely poor, and I strongly recommend that you do not come to be wronged again.

The environment is average, but also noisy and the sound insulation is poor.

#positive #I was happy with the Convenience of Transport, Toiletries, Soundproofing, Value for Money, Bed Comfort Level, Nearby Activities; I thought that the cheaper hotels in Hong Kong would be small and crowded, and I was mentally prepared, but I didn’t expect this hotel to make me feel very comfortable. The lady at the front desk (I don’t know if it’s the proprietress~) is super nice and can speak Mandarin Well done, very patient, has been leading us to the room, said some notes. A hotel at this price in Hong Kong is really cost-effective. There are bus stops and subway stations downstairs, which is really super convenient.

This a clean place among the small inns in Hong Kong, Nathan Road. The price is low and the area is convenient for travelers within a budget. The service was good and management likes to help his guests to have a nice experience in Hong Kong. Providing information on transportation and money exchange. Luggage is stored for free. It is convenient and inexpensive.

Location : Convenient to shops, malls, MTR, buses, restaurants and coffee shops, Science Museum, plus Victoria harbour and Kowloon Park. It’s 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the Airport (T1) by bus (A21 and A22 buses). Please note that MTR doesn’t go to the airport and you need to transfer by AirPort Express which is quite expensive. Bus is just HKD34.60 Room 1604, 16/F (top floor): Clean, newly refurbished, everything was working. Towels and toiletries was provided. Hot and cold water was working fine. Drinking water dispenser was provided outside our room. Office/Staff Admin: Everything is on the 13/F and it’s a little bit difficult to find. Luckily, Ms Li of 3D Inn Dragon HongKong Hostel was available on the 13th floor and she explains everything that we need to know about our stay. Plus, she emailed the instructions on how to get there (which helps).
