It was clean and had all the necessary items prepared. I think I will come back again because the location is good near the Simsa-Chui Station. The public bathroom and shower room were clean. I arrived in a hurry at check-in time, but the staff was very kind. Thank you. Very nice very good

The staff was horrid and condesending, as if she was the ONLY ASIAN that could speak english. She gave attitude when checking in. I asked her to repeat what she was saying and she rolled her eyes and repeated as if i was a child? Sorry thats just horrible service. Also when I booked it was under a different name and a differnt address so its horrible experience. Its relatively clean i guess. the rest is **** just pure horrid experience.

The navigation was wrong so I spent a lot of time looking for it. It was actually just opposite the Hyatt downstairs. The location is super good. I felt a little scared downstairs, but it was okay after going up. The public area is quite nice and the environment is also very good. The waitress is very nice.

Top stream among youth hostels. The beds are very clean, and the toilet and shower are fully adequate. The front desk staff is very polite and can introduce their hotel to tourists from different places in three languages. The only thing is that the place is a bit difficult to find. You need to enter a building first and take the elevator to the fifth floor. The common problems of youth hostels still exist. The problems of roommates packing up and snoring still exist, but this obviously cannot be blamed on the youth hostel.
