Fast check in, staff are warm welcoming and friendly. Room is spacious. Convenient if going to Disneyland. Shuttle bus provided to the hotel. Only shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is provided. The rest of the toiletries need to pay HKD 40 if you need them.

Overall we had a good time. Unfortunately there were no surprises (ie. unexpected fun or magical moments, services), but we did have a decent time. Hotel staffs never greeted us so it was bit unexpected in that front, because they will only respond when we greet them, so we did feel bit isolated. Positives: Pools are open for long time, breakfast buffet quality is so good (but way too pricy, considering kids does not eat much), room is spacious, shuttle bus frequency is very convenient, hotel is really creatively constructed (both external/internally). Areas of developments: Could be better if Staffs could greet guests (even the front desk staffs were unfriendly), Breakfast buffet’s cost performance needs to improve -＞ considering the super high price it should not limit the breakfast time to only one hour as guest loses time to greet character as well, also on top of high price it charges 10% service tax, and character photo costs H$168 per photo when the photo quality was bit blurry…., it would be great if breakfast buffet price could lower (especially for kids who does not eat much) or stretch the 1 hour limit to 90 min. Another area of development could be, the scope of hotel merchandise coupon… -＞ seems like there is unexplainable scope of which product they can allow/disallow $10 off coupon. We wanted to buy two products of which one of them the staff explained we cannot apply the coupon, and the staff’s explanation was “because this is popular”… when I asked how would we even know which is popular and which is not, and the next explanation was “oh it is because Lina Bell is popular”. It was very awkward explanation and scope, but I suppose it was Explorer’s Lodge Hotel style… Overall, we enjoyed HK Disney land so we will definitely come back, but unless above AOD are changed/improved, we will not consider staying with Explorer’s Lodge.

Great hotel for families stay. Spacious room with two queen size beds. Hotel provides daily kids activities. For breakfast, just need to walk in to the restaurant to request.

Very helpful staff but the front desk staff were not sure what the contingency plan for Mickey’s appearance was in case of wet weather and pool closure. There’re a number of other activities for kids to do including an indoor playroom. Decorations are very interesting. Unfortunately there is no more mickey bar soap and body lotion due to latest regulartion about plastic disposal. Food is rather expensive.

Beautiful resorts with a relaxing vibes by the beach. No bath tub if u are looking for one. Pretty gd variety of breakfast at dragon wind restaurant

Very worth of money. Great facilities and activities inside the hotel. Great ambiance. My wife got towel birthday cake because her birthday and our stays were in the same month

It was a magical stay at this resort.. I would highly recommend staying here.. Do take note that there is a disney resort Q to enter disneyland if you r going disneyland ya’ There are shuttle buses to hotel hop or to go disneyland/mtr! Hotel is huge, room is big too! Worth exploring the area! There is a merchandise store in the hotel too! Overall a great stay’

The room is comfortable my family had enjoyed . Very spacious with 2 queen size bed

The stay was ok, just cannot believe there were no toothbrush, shaver, cream and some toiletries not provided. Need to purchase them additionally. Services are not as good for the amount that i paid.
