Our stay in the hotel is very unpleasant. We booked 3 rooms, and we were given 2 rooms only when we arrived. The travel agent contacted the hotel and informed the hotel attendant that the reservation is for 3 rooms and the hotel attendant said that on the next day they will be moved to a bigger room and will be 3 rooms, but it never happened. Aside from its not comfortable to sleep in due to bad smell, noises. when i first came to check in at 8pm the receptionist told me to come back at 10pm and check out at 10am.
