The hotel is historical in terms of interior and exterior decorations being observed. But most importantly, the room environment remained as clean and fresh as it can be and we were impressed with the level of sanitation being maintained here. Not much amenities provided but you pay what you get!

Overall the reception services is OK. 1. Due to my double booking problem the staff had help me to obtained the phone no. of Trip and clarify the issue. 2. As the Chamber maid told me their restaurant had closed since the COVID therefore I had to go out for breakfasts in both mornings. 3.The phone in the room could not made local calls.

✅ I got room 1504 with a view of greenery/mountain. It was really lovely, I could hear my favourite koels and watch birds and butterflies flying. Sleeping there was comfortable; down and feather pillows and blanket were great. There was a water cooler down the floor corridor. Incredibly convenient. 📛 Drawbacks: Stunningly poor internet! It was impossible to even download messages — let alone send/receive files or view any media. No slippers so better bring your own🩴.

Excellent location, less than 5min walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR exit C. The bus-stop where u board the A21 bus straight to HK International Airport Terminal 1 is also a very short walk from the same Exit C. Walk along the small lane beside Exit C and you find the fruits wholesale market and stalls of local delicacies at night. U can take a leisurely stroll to Mongkok (Ladies Street) within 8min from hotel. Hotel room is very spacious. Shower water pressure is good. But room cleaning is on alternate days only. WiFi is slow. They will ask for your credit card for 300HKD deposit to be refunded within 4 weeks upon checkout. Overall is value for money. Will recommend this hotel.

Its good location, and the room is nice fit for family trip like we did. Upon checkin get little bit upset by front desk staff. Over all everything was nice experience.

The location is great and staff friendly. However, the breakfast has too little varieties- not worthy of the cost!

The hotel location is great and the room size is larger than average HK hotels However, there are some draw back: the bed sheets are not replaced for every 7 days (even with the request) and the provided breakfast is very limited.

I highly recommend this place if you want spacious, clean, and comfortable hotel room experience in Hong Kong. It’s worth the price. The location’s perfect (close to tsim sha tsui ,mong kokc shopping malls etc.) The front desks were very accommodating. I definitely come back to this place. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I checked in at 9:30pm on Fri night on 14th July. Only 1 male staff was there & he refused to take deposit from my Hong Kong HSBC visa card because it has 銀聯 sign on it. He also told me I had to check out at 11:30am if I don't provide a card for the deposit, while the official check out time is 12pm & this is written all over the hotel. Can't believe the kind of service I received especially when the hotel under a well known charity! Such a disgrace!

They are noticeably dirty and suffer from widespread mold, detracting from the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the rooms. This is an area that urgently requires attention and improvement from the hotel management. 4. Location and Local Amenities: The hotel's location is a major plus. Situated just a few minutes from the Yao Ma Tei MTR station, it offers convenient access to public transportation. Additionally, the area is bustling with a variety of local food options, allowing guests to easily indulge in the rich culinary culture of Hong Kong. Overall, considering the balance between cost, convenience, and comfort, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The hotel is very spacious, but sometimes water leaked in my wall. You can refill your drink water in here. Prepare your amenities. The location is very strategic near yau Ma tei Station

Though the building is right next to Nathan Road, our room is facing the greenery of King’s Park which is very refreshing and quiet. Everything is great except wifi is extremely slow. Will return next time!
