The hotel is around 5 minutes walk from Wong Chim Hang station. The room was so nicely designed with a sea view. The service was amazing, had a last minute request but the team still manage to deliver it to us. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a chill and relaxed stay.

Great stay experience, and several areas show the hotel's concern for its customers, such as placing an extra pillow in the wardrobe for rapid usage. Cutlery, a plate, and a can opener (which is unusual to see in other hotels). One thing I was disappointed with was the sound isolation. Because a family of three or four lives next to my room, the commotion can still be heard across the door that separates my room from the next. Although the sound absorber board has been constructed, the noise remains evident. The TV appeared a pleasant welcome show with my surname, which was definitely amazing utilizing an uncommon approach to greet consumers that I had ever seen. Overall: 9/10

We love the hotel. So much convenient to the nearest mtr. Hotel is so clear. The view is beautiful. Staff were all nice. Will definitely come back here again!

Arca hotel is one of the best that I’ve stayed in Hong Kong. The interior is nicely designed, simple and classy. Toiletries are complete, everything is very clean and tidy. Kudos to room service team, love how much attention to details in tidying the room every day. 5mins walk away from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station, brings you to central/causeway bay in about 20mins via subway. I’ve got a free upgrade to a sea view room, so lovely of the concierge lady during check in. Thank you so much!

LOVE this hotel! Spacious, great shower, comfortable beds and towels, thoughtful amenities. However, the soundproofing isn’t the best (there was a toddler screaming his/head off in the room next to ours and we can hear everything clearly) and the view was bad (just a construction site). Would still recommend this hotel though. Rooftop view was fantastic, and I’d book a sea view room when I stay here in future.

Very cozy hotel and comfortable. Suitable for family gathering, staycation and business

Booked 2 rooms for my family. The size of the room is okay for 2 people. We liked how accommodating and nice all the housekeeping staff but the staff in concierge is not nice at all. We hated our view its on the construction side nothing to see also the all the amenities are not available. We spent 5 days in the hotel only to sleep as were not able to enjoy the deck pool ( under renovation) not coming back but its worth trying.

Very nice and cosy hotel. This is our second trip. It’s quite close to the newly opened mall, which is great for dining. It’s also one station away from Ocean Park, but much cheaper than the ocean park hotels. Great value!

The hotel is new and the service is good. We can go to the shopping mall nearby.

Great room size and good service. Location is good too as it’s near MTR but most of all price and room size is unrivaled. Good value and a great place for families. Beds are super comfortable.

Room is spacious for HK. But thats it. Room was advertised as a city view with a photo of green view and the actual room is directly facing construction building. Front desk said all rooms have the same construction view except for one top floor with a minimum green view which I believe. Then it is a false advertisement. Floor was little sticky and I found one blood stain near the toilet bin when I checked in.. I don’t want to think what it is.. but it tells you how they clean the room.

Very clean and cozy. Staff were attentive and helpful. Near to MTR. Food was excellent as well. Highly recommended.

The rooms are exactly the same as the pics posted on their website. The view is breath-taking. The family sea suite is amazing! Very friendly reception staff. Very clean rooms, and very convenient distance walking to MTR and just one stop away to Ocean park. A quiet and wonderful place for rest and recharge. Love it!
