I wasn’t given the room as the picture. However, still had a Seaview so it’s good. Breakfast was ok and the pool was great Great for staycation away from the city Just wish had more time slots for the shuttle bus

Booked a suite room and expected a room with separating kitchen, bedroom and also a dining table and chairs. But upon arrival, we were issued room 435. Room turn up to be a deluxe room with tatami (unlike the room i've booked) and it's an open space. No free bottled water in room. But vending machine is available at lobby. Shuttle bus is quite packed on some hours. Public bus bus-stop are not far from hotel. I was quite disappointed with one of the guy (front desk) tone when i re-inform them on the room chokage. Stayed for 2 nights and the shower drainage choke EVERY SINGLE TIME one shower. Called front desk for a plumber to check, and we have to leave the room in the morning. Came back thinking it was rectified but to our horror the choke was even worse than the morning. Dailed up front desk and the lady said she will have to check with morning shift colleagues. Then after 30mins of wait, plumber attended to us and exclaimed "again" Not sure why but even after he clear the choke, the second person still encounter the same issue. So upset not to mention this is a newly renovate hotel

If you want to be out of urban hustle and bustle then this hotel is a perfect place to be. We stayed only a day but we quite enjoyed our stay. They have a restaurant that serves affordable and tasty food. Looking forward to stay for longer period.

location is a bit far away, but the view outside is very good, food quality in the restaurant is fine and the pool is good.

The room is being book for my parents and my helper for a short stay ,they like it ,but saying that the break is not good ,other than that water strength in shower is good ,as last time when I stay on 12th floor,is real bad ,so they r happy ,then I an happy ,even only on 5th floor still hv a good view n not noisy , excellent

Location is far from MTR , the nearest is TSUEN WAN WEST need to take taxi from OP mall. About 40-50HKD (depends on traffic) The hotel service is great. But all the amenities disappointed. For a 4Star Hotels , I expected more of it. But there is no complimentary water *I’m Shocked! even though normally hotel gaves us A lot of complimentary water. The receptionist say to us start 2 may. They no more giving us water. But overall thank you . 🙏🏻😇

Enjoyed free shuttle to station. Nice view of river canal. Nice buffet bfast

We love the spacious and clean room with seaview. The dinner buffer is also good. We love the stunning view at the lobby. The staff are accommodating and nice. The lobby is clean and elegant. They also have a playground. Use the concrete stairs to go down the private beach.

The hotel is very clean and neat. I love the cleanliness of this hotel. Although the hotel location may not be close to some tourist spots, there are some shuttle busses arranged by the hotel. Recommended

Spacious hotel in Hongkong and nice view. I really like the free shuttle provided by the hotel.

I got a clean and big room. The towels are limited supply because I got a standard room. I asked the staff where the gym room is. It is a tiny room. I prefer beach.

They upgraded us to an ocean view suite. The room is large, probably more than 40. Good experiences

Love grand bay view hotel a lot. It’s spacious, clean and comfy. Magnificent view of the harbour. Wish we can stay longer. Temperature was really cold when we arrived, good thing the hotel has enough heating in the living room and bedroom. Love that the water in the bathroom has a heater too. We requested for additional bottled water and they grant it at no additional cost. They clean the room daily. The reception has been helpful also to guide us where and what to ride. They have a riliable shuttle service. Best way to get there from the airport is to ride an A38 bus and go down at Yau Kom Tau Bus station. About 1-2 minutes walk to the hotel.
