Location in Wan Chai is very near MTR station. So many different types of food, caterns and restaurants. Also shopping centers and plazas are located these area. The telephone manner of the two receptionists are not good . Can't pay attention to help customers solving problems. The air conditioner is too noisy. The cotton wallet is too hot, but no suitable not thick wallet to offer. The towels are broken too. The rooms are very clean.

In General, very convenient,had View of the city, from 20th floor, walking distance to Victoria harbour (did have night walk at night), close to the bus station going to airport, to mrt and many food stalls everywhere.

Clean room that was larger than typical hk rooms. Reception desk was also 24h and helpful.

Nearby market & alots of foods area! Great coffee opposite the hotel. Shopping area is just by walking distance!

Nice hotel , great location . Downstairs has everything you need ! Times Square just few min by walk. Towels were clean and white , bedsheets same as well . Bed and pillows are comfortable. Can sleep well

Last time I gave their service 1 point. This time I don't see the fat lady, and the other staffs are better. I have to give them 4 points

Very Far away from mtr and not many tv channels available. Room is comparatively small and not clean. They do not provide normal towels instead one time use towel. If you are planning to spend few hours then is ok. The receptionist are not friendly and your guest need to register as well with limitation.

Still waiting for my deposit to be returned otherwise the room is okay. Staff seem to hate life.

The hotel is very unhelpful, however for that price in that location it delivers what you would expect. Serviceable but small.

The hotel is very strict on name of the booking guest! Please put exactly the same name of your identity document in the booking. The receptionist Ada is very helpful so as to make the check in possible. Thank you! The location is good but the amenities have room for improvement!

Our first night was a disaster due to the room's lack of air conditioning as in zero air, causing us to feel smothered. The receptionist also lied to us, claiming that there was already a repairman, but the morning was still scorching.

This place is definitely the best deal in causeway bay. Close to everything you want . Location restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff are reasonable and the rooms are average for price.
