Although we arrived on a late night flight, the front desk staff was kind and tried their best to explain things to us in Japanese, which made us very happy!! The hotel was clean and easy to get to, so it was great!!! The location was not good, so we had to walk for about 20 minutes after getting off the bus. That was the only disappointing thing😢
