View is great! Reception was kind to accommodate my request for a good view room, and it was comfortable. Only complaint was the elevator, it went up and down nonstop that I along with others could not reach the destination floor for very long (more than 5mins), definitely need to leave early for people rushing somewhere (in my case and others on the elevator with me)

Location was great, price was reasonable compared to similar hotels. Hotel room size was a little bit small, and the toilet glass door has a big gap and not able to locked, so be aware if you share the room with someone. Something may can do better: the glass door of bathroom was dirty and bath towel had a hole.

Room is small no good view. No gym or swimming pool. Lobby is very crowded. Easy to walk around, good location.

Love this place. Close to the metro station. A lot of clubs and bars around, no need a taxi to go around. Clean. Silent rooms.

Small rooms but decent value. Location is good and easy access to all parts of Hong Kong.

Room is upgraded to suite, but bed is still on the window bay. Cleanliness is good. Good location. Five minutes walk to mtr station.

Basic hotel that has seen better days. Great location but service attitude of check-in staff needs some work.

Good location, clean and easy to find. Just that need to keep go down to level 2 for drinking water is a bit tired.

The service at the front desk was very unfriendly and cold. The room no compliants. Hongkongers out of the hotel are definitely friendlier and helpful.

Place is quite near the metro and tram station, and the area is very local and close to central as well. Room is quite clean, though smaller than my expectations.

Another time at this hotel. I love the location :-) But the room I had had 2 problems. The electrical sockets didn't work so I could charge my phone and computer and the door was difficult to open. I am sure both can be easily fixed, but I think this shows that this hotel needs to check each room for issues and resolve them rather than letting the customers report the issues.

Clean and quiet. Small room but adequate size esp. in Hong Kong. Close to MTR and walking distance to Central.
