評價很高，期待很高，還是有出入，十一出遊工作人員少的可憐，隔音效果不好，走廊聲音聽得一清二楚，房間很小，十一溢價太高，服務設施不成正比，還有那個電梯也是小的可憐，廁所門一打開就能撞到腿，洗個澡出來，門口全部都是水，這麼高的價格，連早餐也沒有。。智能窗簾打開連紗簾一起打開，幸虧對面沒住人，要不然太尷尬了

城景房，房間都還OK，但是晚上旅客入住、出門真的很吵😭，而且窗户關不上，晚上屋子有炭燒燒烤味兒，早上會被吵醒1-2次

酒店所在位置很好，沅江在陽台下緩緩流過，巫水在側面流過來，可以看到水中的魚。酒店設施衞生都很好，語音智能用起來方便，出門幾步路就到了古商城。
