酒店智能設施基本算垃圾，如果有長者入住最好提前説明，沒有電梯。環境古色古香還是很不錯。洗澡水忽冷忽熱。

是古商城最好的酒店了，停車方便，雖然去房間要走樓梯，但保安幫拿行李彌補不足，服務很好。如果房間衞生做檢查就完美了（二衹枕頭都有毛髮）。底下餐廳不錯，廚師廚藝也棒。古商城規模很小，白天進“城”要買門票，17點30撤崗後進去看了，虧得沒買票進去，不然後悔。當地收門票決策導致遊客極少，附近商鋪十店九空。推薦半小時車程的黔陽古城，比古商城好太多，還不用門票。
