環境沒話説了很漂流，晚上星空手機隨便拍，酒店有汽車快充樁，設施比較齊全，吃飯價格不算貴，而且在獨立藏式包間氛圍很好，唯一不足就是隔音，但木質房子這是沒辦法的，分配好房間記得提前問下鄰居幾點休息

房間硬件不錯，木製別墅房間，洗漱衞浴配套物品不齊，吸氧施捨是壞的。早餐還行，但聽老闆娘説要取消了。總體評價，性價比不高，是一個沒落期的度假村酒店，不如住到紅原縣城或瓦切鎮上。

1.房間裝修還行，細節很差，洗漱台漏水，沒法下腳，我們都是穿着濕拖鞋完成洗漱。入住時，車離房間很遠，沒有人幫忙拿行李就算了，馬上要下大雨，連領路的人都沒有，隨便指一個方向讓你去找，全家大人小孩兒拿着行李着急的走了很久才在大雨前找到房間
2.相當小氣，有小孩，讓多給一雙拖鞋都沒有，早餐只有一個小時，收的相當快，就害怕你多拿一點，當然早餐相當一般，除了雞蛋別想見到葷腥，就這都害怕你多吃
3.我訂的一晚接近350，可是入住後發現，人家今夜甩賣衹要221
整體來説，這是這次旅行體驗最差的一家

客觀的説整個度假村的大環境還可以，可以看出以前應該設計的很用心，現在雖然小木屋和風車配着藍天白雲也很美，但給人感覺是已經完全沒有去維護園區環境了，雜草叢生，感覺非常的破敗。套房內基本設施都有，但服務很不好，體現在以下幾方面：一是該配的一次性牙具、拖鞋都沒有，浴帽、小香皂不確定是不是本來就不給配，毛巾浴巾都不齊。二是打電話給前台讓給送，服務員冒雨送來辛苦了，但沒有必要穿着濕鞋濕雨衣滿屋檢查一圈再給吧？可能是酒店要求的流程，但別的酒店從沒見過這樣的，給客人的感受很不好，是擔心客人會貪你的一次性用品和浴巾麼？三是掛在浴室門上的地巾，展開以後兩面都臟的要命，還有明顯的鞋印，一看就是上個客人用過沒有換就又掛上了！更過分的是浴巾打開以後也很臟，不是整體臟，就是有一塊黑黑的污漬，不是用的時間長了陳舊性黑，就是新的臟污！整個浴巾是蓬鬆的疊好的，應該是清洗後又弄臟的，不知道是清洗環節的問題還是上個客人走後沒檢查沒換。四是早餐，雖然是自助，但也是登記後服務員按人頭髮一個盤子一個碗，完全不明白為什麼孩子就不給盤子衹給碗，都讓吃飯了給個盤子又能怎樣？而且只有3個炒青菜和4個涼菜，主食是基本涼了的饅頭，還有煮雞蛋和粥，反正是一點兒肉菜都不提供。整個住宿過程體驗感不好，環境雖好但蕭條，衞生差，服務過程感覺時刻防着客人！
