The room was a bit hygienic! The bathtub was full of dirt and hair, and it took more than one bath.

For the first time in 50 years, I was assigned to a room that was not properly sanitized. Fortunately, I was later upgraded to a room as compensation.

Nice new clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle into Waikiki which made it very convenient and easy to get around. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location across from Ala Moana mall. Beautiful modern new hotel. Rooms are good sized. Amenities was one of the best features. Will definately stay again.
