Appreciate the service and the new facilities and friendly staff for everything

The room was a bit hygienic! The bathtub was full of dirt and hair, and it took more than one bath.

For the first time in 50 years, I was assigned to a room that was not properly sanitized. Fortunately, I was later upgraded to a room as compensation.

New hotel, newer equipment, insufficient quilt covers.

Great location across from Ala Moana mall. Beautiful modern new hotel. Rooms are good sized. Amenities was one of the best features. Will definately stay again.

Our hotel stay was excellent. The pool is fabulous. The rooms are big, new and beautiful. Definitely a luxury hotel.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Hotel is new and the amenities were amazing. Free shuttle every hour was pretty convenient too. Special shout out to the valet boys, they hustle!

Service is terrible, room not cleaned initially without asking, did not have shampoo first day, body wash not filled until we left a note, cleaning rag left in room, had to call to get toilet paper. Was told a credit would be applied to our bill but on check out was not applied and had to discuss at front desk to get it.

Excellent, nice location and good price. But the parking is only valet with a day fee of $55

Very happy with the hospitality team at this hotel. It will for sure be the hotel to stay at next time.

Beautiful brand new hotel in the heart of Ala Moana. Easy walking to the mall and Ala Moana beach. Wonderful property that feels new and clean; wonderful and kind staff!

Excellent and convenient location on Kapiolani. One night with little to no hot water but otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. There is some street parking but also valet was excellent and quick.

Great new location off Kapiolani. Beautiful amenities and facilities, and great eateries attached to the hotel. Staff are friendly and amazing, and they offered a free shuttle into Waikiki that ran every hour which was nice to be able to get into town. Will be staying here again in the future!

Brand new hotel. Allowed early check in from cruise ship 9 am so grateful. All staff very accommodating. Beautiful property, across from Ala Moana Shopping (yay), shuttle to downtown Waikiki, it has everything. Beds soooo great, pillows sooo great, ahhhh, definitely staying again.
