Awesome staff and the hotel was comfortable and clean will definitely stay again.

Stayed for one night, the experience was ok, breakfast and walk to the beach, very comfortable.

The hotel front desk staff completed the check-in and explained everything carefully. The room is quite big, but the noise of the air conditioner is too loud. It is like a domestic air conditioner fan. It is more complicated to control. There were two nights when the room temperature could not be lowered, and it was adjusted later.

Very convenient and warm

We stayed for 5 nights and liked it so much that we extended it for 3 more nights. ^-^ There is a terrace and the view was really nice. Since there are no buildings right next to it, the view spreads out like a panorama. I stayed in a studio with a kitchen, with some views of the sea to the left, parks and buildings in the future, mountains to the right, and a glimpse of the canal. It was beautiful at sunset. The furniture was a bit old, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all to write. The kitchen was clean and well organized, and there was a food grinder so I could cook and eat conveniently. They even have a side dish box... The resort fee is $27 per night, but they give you a $10 coupon that you can use at Café Fish Hook on the 1st floor for every night. You can collect them and use them all at once. The poke was very fresh and quite tasty. ^-^ Highly recommended. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor, so you can do laundry easily. The printer is located at the entrance of the lobby floor (it was broken when I was staying, so I got help from the counter staff to print it out). Parking is valet only and is $35 for 24 hours. At check-in and check-out, I told the staff so I could stand in front for a while. (If you are staying for a long time, you may want to check out the monthly parking at Halecore Parking Lot. It is close.) The swimming pool is on the first floor, but I have never used it. The staff were very friendly and I was able to get a lot of help. Thank you very much. The only downside is that the cleaning is not done every day (I said that it is possible to do one day out of 5 nights. ㅡ..ㅡ) and I had to request it 1 day in advance. When I ran out of towels, I got them at the counter. But if I go to Hawaii again in the future, I will stay here again. It was really good.

The property is perfectly situated for our needs visiting family. The view of the surrounding parks and partial ocean view make it special. Close enough to ocean and action while a sanctuary. The front desk staff were exceptional -- super friendly and helpful. Hopefully upcoming management changes do not take a toll on the staff who were all great.

My only negative was while staying for almost 5 days the cleaning staff never cleaned our hotel room. The do no disturb was not on the door either so it was very disappointing. I have stayed at the property before and it is very conveniently located. The property is officially under new management so hopefully there will be changes to the not cleaning of rooms

Beautiful setting surrounded by the park with no other hotels looming over you. The pool area was excellent, and in the sun from 11:00am until sunset. We really enjoyed the BBQ area, in fact we enjoyed all the amenities the Luana had to offer. We will definitely be back again!

All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers nice extras, like wine, cheese, music nights and lei making. The location and view are fantastic; the hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park. The hotel feels safe and secure. The room itself could be updated, but I’ll definitely stay here again due to all of the benefits.

Well appointed room, only here one night. I like that they have kept up the wood work features in the room. Gives it a warm feeling. Some areas showing their age but ok with me. Clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Would come back.

Awesome hotel - my favorite in Oahu. From the front desk to the maids, everyone is welcoming and nice. Only thing I would change is the huge blinking green light smoke detector which flashes all night.

Staff members were friendly. Front desk people were quick and efficient. The common areas were clean and updated. The rooms were simple, but had all the things you needed included in the kitchenette. There was no microwave, but there was a toaster oven and a good sized fridge for food storage. Pictures of the rooms are accurate.
