まずロケーションに関してはとてもいいです。
トロリーというハワイで有名ないろいろなところへ行けるバスのチケット販売所、乗車場所が本当にホテルの近くにあります。徒歩1分ぐらい。
サービスやアメニティに関しては特に問題がない程度で、海外あるあるですがスリッパはありません。
良かった点としては、ライオンコーヒーというハワイで有名なコーヒー屋さんのコーヒーがお部屋で飲めます。
あと、ビーチに行く人は多いと思いますが、その際の水着等入れて大丈夫なバックをいただけます！
水回りやベランダ、床など、決して綺麗とは言えないところはありましたが、なによりスタッフさんがとても親切です！
日本人のスタッフさんもいて便利かと思いますが、日本人女性スタッフは少し高圧的な感じでした。
日本人以外のスタッフさんの方がとても優しかった印象ですし、日本語が少し話せる方もいます！
立地もとても良いですし、コスパも良いため、また泊まりたいと思います。
