I stayed for three nights this time, and the location's convenience was impeccable. The front desk staff were also very friendly. However, the room I was assigned next to the elevator was not a good choice for those seeking a quiet rest, as the poor soundproofing meant that the noise from the operating elevator was impossible to ignore.

Great hotel, location is perfect, decorations are trendy, the balcony was a nice touch. The restaurant connected to the hotel has delicious food with good prices at happy hour.

Loved this hotel so much we extended our stay. The accommodations were great and the hotel is centrally located. The staff is superb and the lobby always smelled amazing. The water dispenser was great for our trip as we were able to refill our canteen.

The location is awesome! You can go to anywhere in Waikiki with a few steps. The staff were friendly and explained everything clearly. Worth the price!

The hotel is in a great location. The restaurant downstairs is outsourced, and the hotel's five-dollar voucher is actually just a gimmick. The prices in the restaurant are slightly higher than those in nearby restaurants. There is a bar downstairs. We live on the 12th floor and are far away from the elevator shaft. We can still hear a little music from downstairs from time to time. . . Mr. Ma Wen at the front desk was very enthusiastic, but after chatting happily with me on the first day, he helped me arrange a room next to the elevator that had the most complaints, causing us to not sleep well all night. Bad review. . .

The location is extremely convenient, in the center of Waikiki, just steps away from eating, shopping or going to the beach. The facilities and services are good, but there is a bar nearby downstairs where the concerts are noisy every night.

The room is next to the elevator shaft and very noisy. The hotel does not provide overnight luggage storage service, which is somewhat inconvenient.

There was no explanation or compensation for the lack of hot water. Also, I was quite surprised that they didn't change the bed sheets unless I pointed it out. There are almost no amenities and I have to say replenishment. The service is frankly the worst. The facility is older than the photo, and it seems that only the lobby has been repaired a little more beautifully. Only the location is convenient near the center of the city and the sea.
