The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. There are free activities available every day, and some paid excursions like island hopping. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy at night.

I have no complaints at all - this might be the perfect resort at this price point.
Check-in was smooth, the rooms are excellent (albeit maybe a bit on the small side for three persons, and we did miss not having a barhtub), the view excellent (description said “ocean view” and it was better than expected, even from the Pacific Tower), restaurants both great.
The location is perfect, just a few min walk from the Royal Hawaiian Center; and the hotel has its own /small/ beach with really a good view of the sunset.
Big shoutout to the very friendly staff at Monkeypod Kitchen as well as the poolside Towel Hut!
Would revisit without a doubt!

From the moment we arrived we were impressed by how friendly the staff was. Lots of shops amazing resturants. Everything was clean. We had a great stay while waiting to board our cruise ship.

The location is great, the room is very roomy, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spotless. The view from the balcony is spectacular over the pool and ocean .

We opted for a room in the more expensive Ocean Tower, which offered lovely views of the pool and a partial ocean view. It was great to have a free water and ice dispenser. The restaurant downstairs is famous and delicious, though the tips were quite high. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. At the front desk, one gentleman's attitude was a bit lukewarm, but all the ladies were very kind.
The hotel is conveniently located close to both the beach and the city center. They also offer a good number of their own activities where you can learn about Hawaiian culture. Every evening, there were different bands playing for three hours, creating an amazing atmosphere. For a family, the price was quite reasonable.

Hotel personnel and services were friendly and prompt. The hotel was kept very clean, including the two rooms we booked. Our rooms had beautiful views of the beach, and you could walk on beach right out of hotel, very nice! There are many great restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Another plus, Starbucks is located on the hotel premises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to stay here on another trip except we did not anticipate the $60 a day valet parking because parking is very limited in Waikiki. Maybe other hotels have limited parking - I don't know; however, hopefully, others will find free or cheaper parking options when staying at this hotel.
