Excellent lobby, brand new design, really friendly staff, everyday morning coffee or tea FOC, water throughout the whole day and sun cream as well.
On the other hand really expensive valet parking 48 USD/day.

It's much better than I thought. The room has a direct view of Waikikibeach, and you can go swimming and surfing downstairs 🏄🏻♀️. It's very cost-effective. The bathroom sink is a bit small. It would be better if it was bigger.

Cleaning was done once every two days, and the free coffee machine in the morning took a long time to run every time and sometimes broke down.
However, other than that, it's a compact hotel with easy access to the beach and next to Kapiolani Park, so it's easy to get in and out and the staff is friendly.

The Waikiki neighborhood itself isn't wide, so it wasn't too difficult to walk around. It was nice to be able to rent a parasol or beach chair for free at the accommodation.

The location is very good, very close to Waikiki, but it is indeed an old hotel, the room is small, the air conditioner is noisy, and the equipment is outdated. Fortunately, the sanitary conditions are barely passable

We went last summer with my son we had great time ! But this time we are little bit upset first internet connection really poor. The room wasn't clean andone of the drawers was broken( didn't close). they need to improve maintenance in some of the rooms
The staff amazing special mention for Travis the manager great professional.

I always stay here. The staff and service are great! Everyone is so kind and helpful. If gou need something, (extra towels, coffee service, etc...) text them and theyll bring it to your room. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Great view of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head from room.Big balcony. Very nice and helpful staff. Very convenient location directly across from beach and zoo.
The view and location make this a great hotel. We have been to Waikiki a few times and this was by far the best place we have stayed at for the view and the convenience.

Disappointed. Booked a room poolside, photos show lounge/chaise chairs. We got a room that only had 2 regular chairs on the patio.
Sliding glass door was tough to open & close. Main room door was in rough shape, old, hard to close, very loud when you finally got it closed(had to shut hard).
On the positive, beach was steps away, resort fee provides you a towel and credits at Beach Candy - place to pick up beach umbrella, beach chairs, body boards, etc.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at Park Shore Waikiki! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the included coffee, sunscreen, beach rentals and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The location is fantastic- right across the street from the beach, connection to the ABC Store, restaurants within the hotel and the view of Diamond Head was incredible. Not to mention the shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family.

The property was located in a convenient walking location to the beach, zoo, aquarium, shopping, and nearby park. They offered complimentary beach items (sunscreen, umbrellas, boogie boards etc..) The hotel was clean and quiet. We are definitely used to having larger beds and hotel rooms. There is valet parking. For the time we had our rental vehicle, the cost to park our car at the hotel would have been equivalent to the car rental fee.
We enjoyed the hotel location for it's proximity to some eateries, and Starbucks. A very enjoyable experience.

We were shooting in the dark when we booked this hotel. It turned out to be an amazing location, very friendly staff, great amenities and a nice vibe. The room was pretty basic and nothing special but very clean and had a comfy bed. We loved our balcony and view of bith Diamond Head and the beach and the fridge and coffee were appreciated. We will send others this way for an affordable and pleasant stay on Waikiki.
Location across street from beach, zoo, nice park and walking distance to tons of restaurants. After hiking Diamond Head, we even walked back to the hotel.
We will be back.
