First time staying here but definitely won’t be the last. So many people we met who were staying at the hotel were regular guests over many years and it wasn’t difficult to see why. The room was quite big, the beach downstairs was better than the Hilton Resort in the north, and the restaurant was delicious. Ctrip's Internet phone design was very useful. Because our mobile phone was a Japanese phone card without international roaming, we had already driven to the North Shore after checking out and found that our phone was left in the hotel and we had no way to contact the hotel. Fortunately, Ctrip provided Internet phone service so that we could call the hotel and let the hotel save it. We came back the next day to pick it up. It is a relatively newly renovated hotel in Waikiki area, but the price/performance ratio is not particularly high. The room is nearly 4,000 yuan a night with twin beds and ocean view. The room is not very big and water is not provided for free. Only two bottles are provided for 5 knives a bottle. Most of the front desk staff are Japanese. The service attitude is okay and the sea view is of course great!

The hotel is in the center of Waikiki. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby.I The beaches are 100 meters away. The famous hotels Moana Surfrider and Hyatt Regency are across the street. Royal Waikiki Center is a beautiful mall nearby. There are a lot of luxury retail stores and restaurants in the mall.

Fun for the kids and family. Great infinity pool. They should have more pool side service than going to the restaurant ordering. Service could be a bit friendlier but overall great. Rooms are a little outdated. Lobby is nice and location is great!

This hotel is impeccable in every aspect. The suite is very large. The window faces the sailboat docking area and there is valet parking. There are also cheap parking spaces opposite the hotel where you can pay by scanning a QR code, but you must arrive early. There are basically no spaces after 5 or 6 pm. One weekend, when Waikiki was setting off fireworks, it was hard to find a parking space, so I had to park at the hotel, which cost me $68. I felt really bad.

Lovely stay even though I had few problems with the toilets-room not cleaned and some not helpful receptionists..overall it is a lovely resort but can and must be improved that’s for sure

This resort is excellent with three swimming pool and a large Lagoom and only walking distance to the beach. You can find everything you need in this resort and there are ABC stores inside and we can buy all our souvenirs very easy. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my friend. Just one things that there is no bottle water provided and no boiling machine and you need to buy your bottle water on your own.

The hotel is an affordable price with simple and clean environment. The room looks new and tidy which make me pick for my four nights stay. More importantly they offer cheap parking charge compared to other hotels in Waikiki. There are two bottle of water to be provided each day and you can redeem for free in front desk which is appreciated, you can also take the refilling water in lobby. Microwave is provided in each room too.
