This was a lovely hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. Our room was on the end of the building by the pool, on the ground floor. We had a patio with two chairs. There is a nice path along the river too. We took a nice walk down to a little beach area. The restaurant is top-notch! Everything we had to eat was so good and the service was great! We ate there for two breakfasts. This hotel is convenient to all attractions.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting the Hood River area. It's an easy, short walk into the cute downtown. The food at the restaurant is great, the bar is fun. We didn't try the outdoor pool, hot tub, or fitness room. The only downside is some noise when you open the outside windows or doors from the freeway (since it's in the Columbia canyon and sounds echo) and the bridge to White Salmon.

This hotel is in a beautiful location. While the hotel has gone through updates over the years, it has a comfortable decor, the rooms are clean and good sized. The noise from the highway could be problematic for light sleepers so try to get a room with a river view. We appreciated the breakfast coupon as it was delicious and the atmosphere overlooking the river was lovely. I only regret we did not have a River view during our stay.

Ive stayed at this hotel in the past and always enjoyed my stay. This time however, i found my room outdated and the bed was awful. We were up all night and almost left at 12am once we were tired of tossing and turning. The view of the Columbia River and the hopes of waking to eagles hunting is the only reason we stayed. I will not be coming back. Just wasnt worth the price.

Best Western Plus Hood River Inn Restaurant chefs were amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Best Western in Hood River have had the same chefs for 25+ years and I know why! The locals all recommend and we were not disappointed! Two nights - had dinner there both nights! Fabulous and the wait staff were so kind! Great experience. Will return!! From Atlanta where foodies live..............
