Geburtstagsüberraschung
In der Zeit, wo wir Gäste im Hotel waren, hatte meine Frau Geburtstag. Ich hatte das bei der Hotelreservierung angegeben und es wurde das Zimmer ohne Aufpreis wirklich sehr schön hergerichtet. Dafür möchte ich mich hiermit beim Management, aber vor allem bei der Zimmerdame, sehr herzlichst bedanken. Das bleibt länger in Erinnerung. Auch die vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten und die Bar sind zu erwähnen.

Alps stay
This is excellent hotel situated just outside of Wörgl on the slopes of Alps and next to cable car. Rooms are spacious with beautiful balcony overlooking the mountains and hotel’s swimming pool.
On the contrary, service received during the breakfast was appalling. Multiple restaurant staff attempted to remove us from the table and food replenishing was non exsistent one hour to 45 minutes before the end of breakfast service. We complained to a manager.

One of the better hotels we have visited
On a long trip in Europe, this was undoubtedly the best hotel. Fantastic staff everywhere from reception, bar and restaurant. The location together with good parking makes access easy. The spa department together with several swimming pools was very good. The rooms were great and well cleaned. Very high standard in everything.
The most important thing was that we felt at home and welcome because of the hospitable people who work there.

Perfekt für ein Aufenthalt mit und ohne sportliche "Ambitionen" ;-) Wir waren einmal im Winter (Skifahren) und einmal vor der Wintersaison (Ende November) und haben es jedes mal genossen.
