Perfect choice for rest over the night, before( or after) your flight.The price was cheap compare with another hotels closer( 87,5, with breakfast included).The hotel has 24/7 pub at groundfloor and also shuttle bus who run every 20 min for only £4/pp. For my early flights from Gatwick airport Travelodge it will be my favorite accomodation.

Great location, right next to departures. They have a free hot drinks machine in a room on one of floors but no food. There are restaurants & shops very close by though so it’s not a problem.

We have been staying at the Hotel for a few weeks now. After long hours at work, we just wanted to stay somewhere where we can disconnect with work, relax and connect with other people. Nevertheless, I would like to share with everyone that Bar attendant (James) would always go that extra mile to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Is not just about serving you a drink and taking orders. Excellent customer service by always interacting with customers, offering advice, friendly, accommodative making our staying very pleasant. Wonderful afternoon tea with my Mum. Fabulous food and amazingly friendly staff! Lovely lady helped me in and out with wheelchair and gentleman (can't remember his name, sorry) who served us was so attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend for a calm and chilled environment.

Arrived here in the middle of the night, struggling with my two very heavy suitcases. I was exhausted and in low spirits but I greeted by two very nice staff Gihan and another tall guy never got his name. It’s really great just meeting nice folks who are just efficient and polite. They helped me with my luggage, check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was great. The room is ideal for overnight stays and very clean. There’s shuttle service to the airport as well, only thing that ****** is that if you wanted airport pickups the service starts at 4am and there was no bottled water in the room. Other than that zero complaints

Stayed here before our flight the next day ,parking was straight forward no problem lots cameras taking photos of car so if problem it's on camera great idea lots security cameras so again car safe . Booking in very quick and easy no problem there only problem was £50 taken out of bank as a just in case this was not returned for a week bit annoying. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean was great for us both . Parking for 15 days was included the price . Dinner was good the beefburgers where massive and tasty ,on return collection of car was 5 mins no problem there taxi to and from hotel by metro cabs was the best yet and cheap we will use again big thanks

Excellent service best room in the house! Really enjoyed the bath and bed so comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant was truly amazing and breakfast in the morning. Thank you for having us to stay.

This is a manor hotel, and it looks pretty good from the outside. I still want to pick something wrong: First of all, it is the hygiene problem. Cobwebs can be seen everywhere, in the corner of the bathroom, on the walls of the room, and even in the menu of the food delivery. I can't understand such a thing appearing in a so-called high-end hotel. Inside; the waiter is still quite polite, but I called the front desk from the room to arrange the wake-up service for me the next day... but it was not done for me; the restaurant is said to belong to Fine Dining, from the perspective of the breakfast... Healthy, Do what I want for me with intentions, not sloppy; the hotel is equipped with a so-called clubhouse, including a separate gym, swimming pool, changing room (but no sauna, steam), the equipment is not perfect; in addition, there is a leisure The restaurant in the hotel can be used by the guests of the health center, but the selection of coffee beans is not good; the hotel's main building and the rooms are quite stuffy, airtight, and have no air conditioning. The ¥1670 twin room with two breakfasts is not very spacious, there is no small refrigerator, the sound insulation is poor, and the walk outside the doorway can be heard clearly... and it is shocking; there are actually two English-style billiard tables downstairs in the restaurant of the main building for guests. Play, that's the only big highlight. You have to check out at 11 o'clock, which can be delayed for an hour, and then you need to charge 50 pounds, but it does not say how long this charge will last.
