Great experience! Will definitely stay here again. Hotel was nice and clean. The drink and snack hour was amazing each evening, breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety and the Manager, Brad, went above and beyond to make sure guests were happy, talked to everyone, cleaned tables and anything else that needed doing.

Next to the computer room on the 3rd floor, there is some noise, and there are footsteps upstairs. It is estimated that the weight is not light. Fortunately, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, tired on business trips, and easy to sleep. Breakfast is going to be early, and the balance starts to be insufficient around 8:30. After moving to the city, I found that there was an Outlet in South. There is Target across the road, Waffle House.

Great location not far from the main highway at all. Just average nothing special bed is very comfortable. But highway noise can keep you awake at night

I booked a room through Hotwire at a discounted rate and fully paid for it. When I got there, it looks like they had a few walk-in customers willing to pay higher price for the room. They told me they can’t find my reservation number which I had on my email and showed it to them. It is the same lie they told the two other people were in front of me who booked through Hotwire and Expedia. When Hotwire called them they wouldn’t honor the rate because it was lower than their current rate. You don’t need this hotel because chances are that they won’t honor your online reservation if someone else walk in and offer them five extra dollars for the room. These people don’t care about you or your business as long as they can squeeze an extra dollar from someone else. From outside the hotel doesn’t look that attractive, parking is an issue, rooms and doors are facing the street, hallways are very narrowed with many people sitting outside their rooms smoking without masks as you walk through. There are many other better hotel choices in the area for about the same price. I was very tired but glad that Hotwire representative found me another room at Best Western Plus for the same price. I think Hotwire and Expedia should reconsider their agreement with this hotel.
