Staff at the Premier Inn Horsham Station were, absolutely fantastic. Clean tidy rooms, with wonderful beds. Food was good value, served at the Beefeater next door, fast service, pleasant staff all served hot, with a smile!

Very hot room, no fresh air. No air conditioning a fan was in the room but it wasn’t ideal. There was a lot of noise outside in the early hours. Then in the hotel there was banging and jumping noises throughout the night. By far the worst Premier inn I have experienced. The breakfast was ok you ordered what you wanted and they bought it to you. The plates and cups were dirty. Overall very dissatisfied.

The food and service was good, but the bed was uncomfortable - a winter duvet, when a lightweight summer duvet would have been appropriate - it was much too hot. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, too.

My partner & I stayed here for one night last weekend. We’ve stayed in other premier inns. This one needs updating in terms of decor and really needs air conditioning. The rooms are very warm and when we arrived the window was already open, but despite this we didn’t sleep particularly well because of the room temperature. A shame as Premier Inn hotels are good value for money.

Visited this hotel to meet up with family and because it was by the railway station. Took a day trip to Brighton and et with family for granddaughters birthday.

Breakfast was not very tasty, tea and coffee very poor,the outside of the hotel looked very tired as did the rooms.

Very good accommodation and restaurant. Very close to the Train station. Ingrid was especially helpful in the Beefeater Restaurant and the Breakfast and evening meal was delicious. My room was very comfortable and the receptionist very helpful. Definitely recommend

Stayed here to allow us a early morning collection of family from Gatwick. Room clean and tidy and provided my wife help with her medical needs . Food next door was very good well coked and very hot. Service was very good
