Horsley hosted our wedding day. It was perfect from start to finish. We had masses of complements on the quality of the food most people said it’s the best they’ve had at any wedding! The bridal suite was amazing, very spacious, clean and cosy. The beds were so comfy! They couldn’t do enough to help us on the lead up to the wedding day and continued to do so on the day. Laura was so helpful and made us feel at ease through the whole planning process and we can’t thank her enough for this. We would 100% recommend this place for any occasion. Thankyou horsley.

Our team of 7 visited Horsely Lodge for a business offsite for 2 days on 12th & 13th June and the service received was fantastic. Laura, the events organiser was very responsive on email before the trip to ensure the event would run smoothly and whilst onsite she was available for anything further we may need. We booked the 24 hour delegate package and included everything we needed at a very affordable rate. The rooms were lovely and the lead booker was very pleasantly surprised to have been booked into the Salt Suite. The Suite was absolutely beautiful and for what's included, is worth the cost. The views overlooking the Course from other guests rooms were exceptional and made getting up easier. We had dinner in the restaurant in the evening and every guest was overwhelmed with how amazing the food was. The service was also brilliant, hosts were attentive to guests. All 7 guests in our party would recommend staying again and we will be recommending this hotel for other business functions.

We had our wedding here on 1st June and from start to finish it was truly amazing. Location, scenery, views, accommodation, service and staff all 5 stars, making our most special day absolutely perfect. Laura our wedding co ordinator was exceptional and couldnt do enough for us as well as all our guests even going above and beyond to cater specifically for my disabled mum at many points throughout the day. Staff are super friendly and tentative, many of our guests also commented on this. Food was gorgeous from a BBQ for our wedding breakfast to an evening buffet as well as an amazing cooked to order breakfast with other varied options also available. The accommodation is fantastic which caters perfectly for those living a little further a field. We stayed in one of the honeymoon suites (Salt suite) which is insane - equipped with its own sauna, kitchen area, outside private deck area and free standing bath. So special and made it even more amazing. Absolutely no complaints from us or our large wedding group, it was simply epic 🤩 We cannot wait to visit again very soon. The staff here was the worst I’ve ever experienced at what should have been a wonderful wedding day. The tables were left dirty and they did not change the table cloths ready for the evening guests arrival. The staff were not friendly at all especially Vanessa who was very rude to us as guests. Laura the wedding planner refused my son who is 24 his celebration drink which was paid for as a package as part of the wedding , she singled him out in front of the wedding party and also made sure all the evening staff did not allow him a drink that evening at all, he had a drink removed from his hand as he stood with my husband , he suffers with social anxiety so this was the worst thing that could of happened to him. For such a beautiful setting for a wedding you’d expect more attentiveness and care towards guests, never will we ever go to this place again . Do not like to make a fuss usually steer away from any upset as this was a special day, but the treatment was dreadful. My sons ID was sent in after to prove their treatment of him having 2 drinks was dreadful! Everyone’s experience is different this was just ours . Hate leaving bad reviews but this was an awful experience.

Stayed in Barn Cottage for our anniversary. Wonderful stay, the cottage is great, three flours and a great bath! The wrought iron staircase is a great feature. Nice outdoor area at the rear of the property. Had a champagne breakfast, great value and lovely food.

Looking for a last minute hotel and found Horsley lodge . Very accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help . Getting a table in the restaurant we enjoyed an amazing meal. Truly a hidden Gem . Would definitely advise it to anyone . And the golf course looked in fantastic condition, next time I’m brining my clubs!

Went today for lunch with a relative, Receptionist very welcoming and very pleasant, lunch was absolutely lovely, service in the restaurant excellent and very attentive. Had a very nice relaxing couple of hours so had a perfect time thankyou to all the staff both in the kitchen and the restaurant.

On the 17th April I hosted a flower demonstration and lunch event in aid of Cancer Research UK, at Horsley Lodge. It was a huge success, Laura, Amy and all the staff worked really hard to make this day special for us.The room was perfect and the lunch really good. I have had lots of messages asking me to repeat next year and Horsley Lodge would definitely be my choice of venue. Thank you to all involved and we raised £2896.00 for the charity.
