Good morning! We used this hotel for the second time. Parking is wide, although most vacationes are discovered. Central air conditioning in the rooms (a little less quiet than normal), well located hotel. The first three-day stay I did not hire breakfast, very expensive breakfast is charged separately, the second time I got a promotion that included breakfast. We arrived Saturday night, and as we had to leave very early last morning, we asked the coffee time at the reception: 6:30. But it was informed that we could arrive 6:20 to start the coffee earlier even not having all items available yet. When we arrived at 6:20 on Sunday, 07/01/24, the official said he had to wait until 6:30 to get into the coffee area. When he gave 6:30, the three staff who were in the kitchen and reception summoned. We waited until 6:34, and we went to the kitchen door to see what was going on, and they were talking there; we just said we had a deal, and they released to take breakfast. I found a lack of responsibility, because they had already seen that we were in a hurry, and I thought they did so intentionally to delay us even more. Finally, a situation that I personally have been annoyed by the “birre” of collaborators who should try to please the client. We were just doing what was guided to us the previous day and we wanted to take coffee on the timetable informed by the coffee area identification plate, and I hope you don't need that hotel anymore.

Hasan is a great receptionist at Ramada hotel campinas. He help us to find the best room for our accommodation. We suggest others to come to Ramada vecause we believe everyone can have a great experience at this location.

The time of the contemporary has received us very well, in these 15 days of hosting, details such as the mat herb in the morning breakfast and the bread on the Anna plate, the care and patience they had with all the groups. When the hotel shop is aware that it is an extension of the guest house, it will make the difference.

The hotel is new, the staff very careful and friendly and the location is excellent. The accommodation is good, it could be a little more spacious, but it is comfortable. I'll be back to the hotel.

Hotel bem limpo e funcionários muito atenciosos. Só não gostei das toalhas, pois estavam muito gastas e não eram felpudas, a ponto de ter falhas no tecido tanto das toalhas banho e rosto, além do tapete. Fora isto o restante estão de parabéns.
