It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura para família e para os pets. Gostei do espaço junto ao quarto para meu cachorro, amplo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é muito bom, gostamos da qualidade dos alimentos e variedade, que condiz com o valor da diária. O restaurante, quando decidimos comer lá, nos atendeu bem. Valor dos vinhos é justo, assim como o valor dos pratos, pois são bem bem servidos. O que não gostamos foi que nosso quarto ficou sem arrumação pois não pedimos. Não fomos comunicados que seria necessário pedir para arrumar o quarto e deixar a chave, pois não havia cópia da chave convencional. Fazer uma cópia de chave é algo simples e rápido, não sei porque não providenciam isso. A moça que faz a arrumação é simpática e atenciosa, mas a falha de comunicação sobre ter que solicitar a arrumação foi o que pecou.

I had the experience of hosting me for a week in this hotel that was an amazing experience . Clean and very well organized environment . Not to mention the care of everyone, since the reception to the restaurant managers. The care of the young boy educated and careful.

O atendimento como um todo foi muito bom e inclusive o atendimento no restaurante, muito atenciosos e prestativos! Um fato no banho é que agua altera do frio psra o quente sem que eu tenha feito e isto faz perder muita agua até esperar que ela volte ao normal. Só um detalhe do quarto foi a cadeira que é muito fraca e receio que se quebre ao sentar.

Today 14/03/2023 I called several hotels in search of the best price to allocate my technician to training in Campinas. Of the 4 places I called, Mariana was the only one who attended me with education and very requesting to help me. People like that should work at the hotel reception!

The hotel is quite comfortable, it exceeds expectations and the rooms are large. I was very happy with the benefits.

I was expecting a very simple hotel and surprised the size of the rooms for the price it was charged. I found the team educated. The location is near the center, so it is easy to access. Breakfast was very good and breakfast was also. In my design I expect a comfortable hotel and a tasty breakfast, the experience was excellent, and the bathroom was super clean, it was large and had a top hair dryer.

Hotel bom e confortável, mas carece de atenção na MANUTENÇÃO das suítes. Como estava com esposa e PET, a ÚNICA OPÇÃO disponível era OBRIGATORIAMENTE a suíte com banheira no SEGUNDO ANDAR. Isso não é informado na ficha do hotel no APP. Como dizia PET FRIENDLY, eu fiz uma reserva em apt casal (sem banheira) e tive que CANCELAR para REFAZER A RESERVA. Mas isso eu SÓ SOUBE QUANDO LIGUEI PARA O HOTEL PARA CONFIRMAR A RESERVA ! Cancelei, e fiz uma nova reserva na SUÍTE CASAL COM BANHEIRA. Quando minha esposa foi usar a banheira, começou a VAZAR ÁGUA EM TODO O BANHEIRO, obrigando a PARAR DE USAR e solicitar uma TROCA DE QUARTO… Só que NÃO TINHA MAIS SUÍTE COM BANHEIRA no segundo andar (único “andar pet”… nunca vi isso). Solução ? Ou passar para um APT 2 CAMAS SOLTEIRO (nunca trocaria uma cama king por 2 de solteiro) ou DEIXAR O HOTEL. Não me ofereceram mais opções. Então EU QUE TIVE QUE PERGUNTAR QUAL OUTRA SOLUÇÃO. Desligaram e me retornaram 10 minutos depois. Não iria sair às 20:00 da noite para procurar outro hotel, então tive que ficar e CONVIVER COM O PROBLEMA. O hotel se limitou a dar de ”cortesia” a diária pet (75,00). Não gostei mas não tinha o que fazer. Prós: - cama king maravilhosa - travesseiros maravilhosos - ar condicionado excelente - rede Wi-Fi boa - chuveiro bom (que TAMBÉM VAZOU ÁGUA NO BANHEIRO) - café da manhã muito bom - localização em área nobre da cidade Contras: - falta JOGO DE CINTURA PARA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS - banheiro SEM NEMHUMA MANUTENÇÃO Lamentável.
