Comfortable n Convenient
Our stay at Ananya we would rate as comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located near Hospete train station,rooms are spacious,staff courteous.The property allowed us to check in early and check out late which we appreciate even if we were charged a minimal rent.Good vegetarian restaurants nearby is useful. Overall a very good experience.

Overall a very bad hotel with no value for money
The reviews for this hotel just can't be genuine. check in time is 11:00 and we reached hotel at 1:00 p. m. Still we had to wait for 2and 1/2 hours. The receptionist stared us like he will kill us. like he is doing a big favour.
The gave a lower class room , at least not the room in pic here. No water, no toiletteries in the room.
Rooms are old and weary. bathrooms are too slippery. No basic amenities in the room.
No service during the stay. Went to SPA. The lady is rude and we did not feel comfortable to take the service.
Overall a very bad hotel with no value for money.
Restaurant had very limited menu. no tea in the morning.

One of the spacious rooms i ever stayed in. Bathrooms are newly renovated. Very clean and tidy. Kids enjoyed in game zone. They even have spa which we felt very relaxing. Overall great experience. Would recommended this to my friends and relatives.

The room was big, near and clean. Ac was also effective. The only problem is they don't know the hospitality. I had to ask for complementary water bottles every morning. Even they refused to help for keeping luggage in the car after checkout by saying that they don't have a helper. This was a very unprofessional answer. Finally i had to carry the luggage down in the car.

The hotel's location is highly convenient, with easy access to nearby services like hospitals, restaurants, banks, and it's close to the main road. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained in terms of cleanliness. The property offers gym access, and the spa services are available at an additional charge. The dorm was fine and clean. As it is a hot city, they can better their fan systems and all. The washrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The lift was under repair for half of the day. Overall, a good stay

Overall amenities are good. However service needs improvement. For every request like tea bags, pillow etc they have only one reply that is ‘no’
