The staff were EXTREMELY helpful. The suite I had was MUCH nicer than the nearby Home2Hilton & at same $. The suite I was first assigned was being repaired (toilet and door lock) but hadn't been taken off the 'available' list. Staff was EXTREMELY helpful & courteous about getting me into a different suite & gave me extra points for this minor inconvenience without me having to ask for them. Suite was quiet w/no extraneous noise in my suite. Alarm clock was in the room but I also requested a wake up call (I'm a heavy sleeper); staff also offered to send someone to knock on my door if I didn't answer the wake-up call (VERY accommodating). Toiletries available for a small fee for travelers, like myself, who may have forgotten comb, deodorant, etc. Surprisingly, food from their pantry wasn't overpriced like many food items in pantry of other hotels. (PopTarts under $1!) This gem is very under rated.
