The idea is cute but the execution is poor. There is a difference between neat and clean. The room was neat but it was not at all clean. Someone needs the check up on housekeeping. First - floors were filthy. I don’t think they had been mopped ever. Our socks were turned a disturbing shade of brown. Second- there was a thick layer of dust on window sills and ledges. Third- the refrigerator was full of the last guest’s takeout and there were flies in the room. Would not return.

It seemed like a little apartment. It’s one big room with different areas—a table with 2 chairs, a couch, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. The manager in the front office was very nice. It was a bit pricey but so was everything else that was comparable.

The only "con" to this property is street noise. We were at the very front cottage and passing traffic, though sparse, was definitely noticeable. We had no problem with it (well, except for when they emptied the dumpsters on Monday morning lol), but if you're the kind of person that can't handle environmental noise, you may want to request a cottage at the back of the lot.
Otherwise, perfect! Clean, very well appointed and within walking distance (about a mile or so) to the downtown area with no concerns about the neighborhood day or night. Parking downtown was a serious issue (St Patrick's Day weekend) so we mostly walked back and forth. We would definitely return to this property, but maybe request a cottage further to the back of the lot.

Such a cute well renovated place! Spacious, great bed, good bath, and good TV offerings to end the night. Helpful folks too - called when I arrived and the office was empty, and they answered right away and got my reservation processed and provided the door code. My only suggestion is a few more pots and implements in the lovely full kitchen- I couldn't even boil water for tea! But a really nice stay.

Reservation was actually at the Best Court Cottages. These look new from outside and parking right in front of your door. We rented a 1 bedroom, and it was super spacious. Closet had washer/dryer hookups so I'm curious if other units have washers and dryers. Everything was spotless clean. It was quiet at night. This did feel far from downtown to walk, but it was like than 5 min drive downtown to hike. I'm definitely glad we stayed here vs Arlington.

Best Court is the best place I have stayed in a long time. Everything about it is absolutely delightful - it is spacious, clean, convenient, and you would be hard pressed to find a front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening anywhere else in Hot Springs.
