I had problem with water heater one time while on shower, the water was too cold.

The employee at check-in was rude. The elevator was broken and no one was working to fix it. The curtains in the room were very dirty. There was no hairdryer in the room. No toilet paper holder, which was odd. Breakfast was lacking.
All in all it was a disappointing stay, and not worth the price paid.

Pros- close to shops and restaurants.
Cons-
1. There was a roach in the shower area
2. The air did not work in the room, even though it was working, the room remain hot
3. The DIRECTV did not work.
4. I could not park on the property I had to park at an adjacent hotel.
5. The mattresses are horrible. Only slept for four hours.

Front desk staff was amazing … easy check-in, free toothbrush/toothpaste for two kiddos who forgot, free roll-away for teen that didn’t want to share. I was so tired and it was so helpful.

We have stayed with Country Inn & Suites many times. With no issues. This time few of the lamps didn't work in our room. Our room and other guest noticed bugs. They need to have a pest control exterminator to come out.
