"The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before my trip, I kept seeing online comments about poor service attitudes from people in Hong Kong, so I was quite worried. However, the two ladies at the hotel front desk were absolutely lovely, big thumbs up! 👍 We arrived early and originally just wanted to store our luggage, but the front desk attendant saw our room was ready and checked us in immediately. We booked a family room, which consisted of two connecting rooms and was quite spacious; you could easily open two small suitcases in one room. The location is super convenient, just a one-minute walk to Yau Ma Tei Station, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, they offer free luggage storage after check-out. And here’s the kicker: I accidentally got a little lipstick on the bed. I searched on Xiaohongshu and saw many people had to pay for similar incidents, so I mentally prepared myself to pay when I told the front desk during check-out. To my surprise, the front desk attendant said it was no problem at all! All in all, it was an absolutely fantastic stay, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."
