The best part of the hotel by far is the 9 heated pools with a creative array of very powerful water jets and bubbles. And steam and sauna rooms. (Also a pool and gym w free group classes but didn’t bother) a dream!! Soaked in the pools for 2h a day. The hotel is connected to a mall and a 10min walk to the red line mrt. Rooms are large and new. Hands down favorite part of my kaohsiung stay. Highly recommend.

It is very convenient to stay at E-DA Tianyue Hotel when going to E-DA Amusement World. The hotel is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has complete facilities and good service. It also provides tickets for the Ferris wheel and discount coupons for ice cream and food. I think younger children can actually play in the hotel for a day, because the hotel has many recreational facilities, including indoor and outdoor play areas. The outdoor sand pool is also shaded, so they are not afraid of sunburn. The price is very favorable on weekdays, and it is a good choice for vacation and leisure.

This hotel is not willing to go the extra mile for the guests. When we dialed for front desk, phone was ringing for a long time with no response. We tried like 5 times, still no response. We had to go in person to the lobby to seek help. We were traveling in a grp of 3 and when we ask for extra hangers, the house keeping only brought half qty of what we requested. We asked for extra key card, but check-in desk refused initially.

We lived in the hotel for two days. When settled, they could not understand why we had to pay the second time. It turns out that when booking on Bucking, our money was blocked, but in the payment receipt it was not reflected. After repaying, we were settled in the room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, close to the night and stuff markets - 5 minutes walk. The hotel provides a light dinner in the evening - buffets, cakes, ice cream, tea, coffee, drinks. There are many shops, cafes, metro station and bus stops nearby. We are happy with this hotel, if there is an opportunity, we will come again.

Location is great, located in between Formosa Boulevard Station and Kaohsiung station.
It's within walkable distance to Liouhe Nightmarket.
You can get around the city by Youbike which is very convenient.
The staffs were not very friendly but they did their job.
Breakfast was not good so I didn't go on my second morning but just to have a coffee.
The hotel is clean, it is just quite old, but the room is very spacious.

I had a great time at this hotel and I was exceptionally pleased with the young gentleman named Benson at the club lounge. The service he showed at breakfast was incredible and I can see from his service that he is very passionate and professional in his work. And my husband loved the cocktails as well. Very convenient from Kaohsiung Main Station. Just across the road. But there's construction now. Expanding and upgrading the Station hence gotta detour between station and hotel. Given a smaller room but didn't realised until the last day. Was unhappy but the good and friendly service from the staff made up for it. Breakfast is quite good and spread is good. Satisfied with the value.

EExpatThis was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apar**ent. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.

Especially the auntie from B1 is very considerate ~ I met her a year ago and I met her this time as well. The service is in place and even exceeds five-star standards!

KKarieirakHotel staff were very friendly and check in was a breeze. We managed to get two rooms side by side which is a plus point. Every floor has a water dispenser which is very useful if we need hot water. There is a laundry room on the third floor with free washing powder to use. Breakfast buffet on the second floor was really great, my family loves the variety of the food provided and everyday some of the items will be changed too. Hotel is located in between Kaohsiung station and Formosa Boulevard station. Currently there are renovation going on at Kaohsiung station which cause a slight detour if we were to walk over there. Walking time are both around 10mins. Overall we are really satisfied with the stay.

SShie HwangCU hotel is a new hotel, reception is fully AI but if you need help, the receptionist will attend to you over the phone and even comes down to your room quickly! it is less than 10mins walk from kaohsiung station and right beside the clothing district for easy shopping! they also gave a complimentary snack! within walking distance to breakfast shops on the other end of the road, around 15min walk to san feng middle street to shop for dried goods. initially sound proof isnt good but overnight remained quite. laundromat and dryer services are cheap at TWD 35 each and packet detergent at TWD 10 if i remember correctly. will definitely stay here again!

佳佳+The hotel's appearance, lobby, and service are better than expected. After reading the reviews, I thought it must be very old, so I booked a 6+1 room this time, and my foreign friends were satisfied. It's a pity that the hotel did not give any extra feedback to the tour leader. However, there is a plate of fruit in everyone's room, which is a little extra.
