I came to Yinchuan for a visit. The hotel I stayed in the day before couldn’t adjust the TV, so I moved to another hotel. I saw from the Internet that this hotel had pretty good ratings. I read the reviews and they were very true. So I came to this hotel and completed the check-in. After checking in, I asked the front desk staff if I could watch the TV. Because my companions had to watch Qing Yu Nian, they asked the waiter to adjust it for us. There was definitely a small problem with the shower the next day, so we reported it to Xiao Luo at the front desk. When we returned to the room after playing, and used the shower, it had been adjusted, everything was responded to, everything was taken care of, and the service attitude was very good. Amazing hotel. The concierge, Jay, was extremely helpful in finding a driver and consulting with us on activities in the area. The spa services were top quality and the breakfast was great (and good value for money). Can’t say enough good things about all the service staff at the hotel.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution.
At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.
Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try.

The location is in the city center, the hotel is good overall, the service is good, the environment is good, room service is available, and the price is affordable! The hotel is very formal and clean, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I sent yogurt and snacks twice after staying for 3 nights. The hotel guests can drink unlimited water. This is a pleasant surprise. The quality of the service staff is relatively good, patient and professional. They are not so fancy, but they are already very good. Ramen is my favorite. Let's also talk about the underground parking lot, which is clean and tidy that many five-star hotels can't reach. In short, next time I go to Yinchuan, I will definitely stay again.

GGuest UserEven if it’s called Holiday Inn Downtown, the real downtown is about 30 mins far by car.
THe room is very nice, clean and modern. We were assigned a room at the 24th floor which lets you enjoy a view.
There’s free coffee machine at the reception, best service of the hotel.
In the dining room where breakfast is served there’s a kids playground, very comfortable for parents in order to forget they have kids for few minutes.
Breakfast is average according to my wife. I say there are the best chocolate croissants ever existed. Pay attention that they are kept hidden, I suppose the staff hopes they don’t get finished so they can have some too.
I had 10 of them during the last breakfast, unfortunately I was full and couldn’t eat more of them.
I have no idea why my son (2 years old) kept mentioning this hotel for days, probably he thinks it’s the best in China. I couldn’t agree more if he tried those croissants.

CcashNewly opened hotel in 2023, the location facilities are very good, the lake view room type can see the lake of Yuehai Park, it is very convenient to take a taxi to Lanshan Park to watch the sunset, the front desk also upgraded one of the room types when checking in, the breakfast variety is rich and tastes very good, There are also handmade ramen that are super delicious 😋. It is very convenient to eat and shop in Yuehai Xintiandi downstairs. The fly in the ointment is that all room types cannot accommodate an extra bed. Even if the suites and deluxe rooms are large in size, they do not provide extra beds. It is not particularly friendly for family outings. So I changed to Marriott after staying for two days. After all, the price of booking two rooms during the double festival is also quite expensive. It has exceeded the price of the five-star Marriott Hotel after the extra bed.

SSergiu SasVery good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

I heard from my mother that I had a younger sister who was separated from me when she was born... I always thought of Ningxia to find my missing sister for 37 years. loved ones. I didn't know that the epidemic around Yinchuan was so serious until I got off the plane. Wanting to try my luck, I rented a car and drove to Wuzhong County. There were almost no cars on the expressway, and some openings were blocked. After driving for more than an hour, I got off the expressway and drove on the national highway. I was blocked by a row of dirt piles at a place 15 kilometers away from Weizhou Town. After inquiring, I found out that it was closed due to the epidemic. Control the status without leaving home. I had to drive back to Yinchuan, and I chose Marriott, a relatively high-end hotel in Yinchuan, on Ctrip. Marriott's staff are very enthusiastic, and the sanitation is good, which comforted my lost heart. When I learned that the room I booked did not have breakfast, I took the initiative to give me breakfast. They also upgraded my room to a panoramic room, overlooking the entire night view of Yinchuan at night. The exhaustion of the day was relieved by staying at the Marriott Hotel for one night. The structure includes a very big soft play that our son loved. To be honest we (parents) loved it too and had a lot of fun there. The swimming pool is nice too, though the water was a bit cold.
The room was spacious and clean and had all standard comforts.
Breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional.
