Bishkek Hotels with Hot Tub

Сам отель очень хорош, как ресторан и как здание. Но персонал, не весь часть, работает ужасно. Официанты не знают страну производства вина, и вес блюд. Повара молодцы, готовят вкусно. Bell boy пришел за чемоданами в номер, оставил их в багажном отделении на первом этаже и никому не сказал. Пришлось выяснять где багаж администратору девушке и тащить их на себе. Попросил воду в номер, принес 4 бутылки, 2 из которых вскрыты, т.е уже кто то пил. Молочко для тела одноразовая маленькая бутылочка и та начатая. Отель якобы 5 звезд, на ресепшен сказали что они комплектуют номер на 1 го человека, я на 2х заказывал. Бронь неделю весела подтвержденная! У вас некому за персоналом следить? У вас их никто не обучает? Останавливались в ожидании стыковочного рейса туда и обратно. Больше не приедем, это 3+ звезды а не 5. Вообщем Мариот, второй раз уже подводит. Внешне все красиво а обслуживание 0. Никогда не поеду в Марриот, для меня это слово ругательное

Yes, it's good in a foreign country. The waiter's attitude is also OK. The location is OK, the environment is OK, the breakfast is also good, the food is good, I will come here again next time.

Best hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!

THERE'S A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND, WE REPEAT A YURT IN THE HOSTEL COMPOUND! What a welcome to the hostel to walk through the gates and look to your left to see a f*****g yurt, absolute belter! There may not be an abundance of apples situated around Apple Hostel but there's a yurt! Apple Hostel, situated west of the Western Bus Station in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan is in such a quality location. You come off a long bus ride from Tashkent, walk west for 2 mins and hiya pal you're being welcomed by the yurt. Take the Matrushka from Almaty, Kazakhstan and hiya gal pals you're in the Apple hostel compound. The Western Bus Station may not be located in downtown Bishkek (aye no s**t loser travels it's called western for a reason), but it's not far from quite a few attractions. From Apple Hostel to the notable Osh Bazaar it's only a 25-minute walk and after buying yourself a cute Kalpak to show off to the girlies back home, you can walk the same amount of time to downtown Bishkek. check out losertravels.com for the full review!

Three-week solo business stay in March-April 2022. Perfectly clean room with modern fixtures and furniture. Fast and reliable wi-fi throughout hotel. Very high-quality breakfast included with room, with diverse, tasty, hot and cold buffet options as well as eggs, pancakes, etc. cooked to order. Small but well-equipped fitness room with weight machine, stair climber, treadmill, free weights. Very quiet location but within close walking distance from city center, Erkindik greenway, many great restaurants, supermarket, etc. Considering all this as well as price, I think that it would be difficult to find a better option, even among hotels with more famous international names nearby. The staff are all very professional and genuinely happy to help. Over my long stay, I felt fortunate to receive excellent service from Kymbat, Asel, and Ayana at the front desk, as well as Timur, Samat, and Azamat in the restaurant. All these staff members worked with admirable efficiency and energy even though they seem to work extremely (perhaps excessively) long shifts. I hope that management recognizes their great work, perhaps with overtime pay for the longest shifts, and gives them a chance to rest during the slow times in the middle of the night! I am sorry not to have noted the housekeepers' names (they do not have name tags, but still I regret not asking), but they always did perfect work and should be recognized too.

Honestly ,very poor service. They can not speak all languages that mention on their web page. I tried to communicate with them in English but the staff there didn’t speak English so she used Russian but my Russian communication was not enough to communicate. Staff of this hotel can change their opinion immediately and do not care about you and yet they are ready to blame you and argue with you instead of solving the problem! There was a problem transferring money from my account. I have tried many ways as they asked for. But the problem with their system. Manager didn’t want to understand and did not provide Mastercard as she promised instead demanded me to pay in cash and demanded to give my passport. I have lost my cash at the airport but I have reserved a room and add my card to pay but the money was not taken from the hotel I did not know why? I was interred my bank account for online payment for staying one night at that hotel and even I left a note and even texted with the manager throughout email before leaving my country but she said nothing about the payment. I was confused when I saw the my booking payments at the hotel. I explained my situation and asked to give me time to transfer but it was very difficult to transfer money the hotel’s account.After trying 4 hours I initially transferred money to managers local bank account given by one man who even doesn’t work there came to the hotel as a Translator! Her attitude was childish and whatever I asked he said I do not know then why he even was there if he was unable to explain the situation. He kept said the manager has a problem. It was crazy night. Even the money sent the manager did not respond me when I sent her the receipt to her email and even in the morning when I asked my all deposited money back she could not wanted to give it back immediately! This was the worst service ever I have faced with! Manager can’t handle the problem. Very rude staff! Irresponsible for their job! Regretted visiting there! They can’t provide quality service. Staying there was stressful. They don’t even care to say bad anything about you using Russian language! But breakfast was good and the room was clean but there were three beds which was totally different from the room that I chose. I do not recommend for basically foreigners to stay at this hotel because if you got a problem instead of solving it staff can demand you leave the hotel in the middle of the nigh even you add your card to their site and all of your ID. They do not give you a chance or can not tell you in advance. They cancelled my booking from the site Agoda thus I left the review here!

GOOD THINGS: they speak english, it's silent because you don't hear a thing from the outside, good location, for the local cleaning standards it's quite clean, they have nice sweets at the entrance and it's very good looking place. BAD THINGS: it's super noisy because you hear everything from the inside, it's a small hotel and people do not respect other's resting time. Not even the lady at the reception during night, she was moving all the cleaning stuff at 2am for a long time, I had to get up and go see what was going on, when she saw me she laughed and said ”sorry” but did not stop making noise. This was unacceptable for me, she knew we were checking out really early in the morning. But also, people were talking in the corridor and closing doors really hardly every night. Don't expect to be able to sleep quietly. And lastly, the shower drain was fully blocked the entire time.

Stayed here 3 nights as part of a Central Asia tour. The hotel is modern and clean. My room is huge!! Big bed, large bathroom with bidet, hot water kettle, safe, mini-fridge, even a nice balcony. I arrived at 2am after a long flight and the staff was friendly and efficient in gettmg me into my room with no hassles. Breakfast is included with a good selection of cereals, cold cuts, breads, juices and cooked to order egg options. I only hope the rest of my trip has hotels like B Hotel here in Bishkek. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location on a quiet street is walking distance close to popular attractions and beautiful parks. Very impressed. I would stay in this hotel any time.
