The ATM machine in the hotel is broken, so I couldn't withdraw money. The restaurant downstairs tasted good, the green Taco was delicious, the fish was not recommended, it was all marinated and too salty, the complimentary squid was very good

I can last year with friends and loved QR so much I decided to book a week with my Husband when we came to Guadalajara. Jaime always goes above and beyond to help you with scheduling transportation or any other need. Daniel at the bar is the absolute best! Enrique and Luis were also very helpful to us with our bags and always greeted us as we entered and exited the hotel. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job keeping your room stocked and cleaned. The food is excellent and you have to experience Brunch as it is a real feast! Absolutely love Quinta Real and can’t wait to visit again!!

The hotel is in a good section of Guadalajara across from Expo, near Plaza Del Sol, and central to most parts of the city. My room was large, modern, and very comfortable with a large bathroom as well. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are handicapped designed but the toilet is real low with no grab bars. It would be real difficult, if not nearly impossible, for a person in a wheelchair to use it. And, the toilet is so low that parts of the male anatomy actually touch the water. As for breakfast, there is a really nice buffet. There was the usual American fare with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bread for toast, muffins, and more. Mexican food was abundant with chicken in mole sauce, Milanese res, a pork dish, and several more. Add in cereals, fruit, yogurts, salads, and fresh squeezed juices. And, it was all very good. I would stay here again the next time I return to Guadalajara.

Recently inaugurated this Terraza Restaurant is located on Pablo Neruda #2828, on floor 7 of the Hotel VoCo and a spectacular view, with public parking and all the comforts to go to breakfast, eating or dinner, celebrations or meeting with your friends. Dear Luna offers mexical cuisine, giving tribute to our Mexico through the merger of the best national ingredients with the aim of achieving the most exquisite tastes, we will also find drinks and cocktails, wines from Spain, Argentina and the United States, of course, of the Guadalupe Valley, which are my favorites. Music is pleasant, you can play while listening to a good selection of songs and the charming terrace, in the menu you can find from eggs, omelet, mugs, drown cake, papazules, tamal trilogie, Chilaquiles, nopal ashed, ashed panella, friggid, barbecue tacos, fruit, tees, my traditional mimosa that can not miss, sheep, French bread, hot cakes, waffles and cheese, to eat; cheese, tuna, aquachile, juice, salads, soups, tacos, ribs, chamorro, hamburger, meat cuts and day fishing prepared in various forms, including delicious options. We have been going on several occasions and have all been a good experience, clean, well decorated spaces, delicious food and balanced drinks in your taste. When I was with friends, we were given a bottle of ✨, so we're already back to charge 👏👏👏, thank you for consent. Monica, Angelina, Jorge, Juan Carlos, Raúl and Cinthia have been careful at any of the occasions we have gone, a team that is trying to provide a good service.

We returned to the Hotel Camino Real Guadalajara after a long absence due to the pandemic. Covid took a toll on the hotel. Restaurant Maria Bonita - named after the star of Mexican cinema Maria Felix - remains open but without its extensive tequila menu or signature dishes. Still, the kitchen made a good showing with excellent pozole and chicken chalupas, followed by a fine Orgullo añejo tequila. This came at a very reasonable price. Other guests wrote bad reviews about their stay. It seems they felt unsatisfied by their room. I think it’s a good idea to ask to see your assigned room - if it’s not to your liking ask to see another. After rejecting our assigned room- a little musty smelling- we selected a spacious room with a large private patio overlooking the hotel’s lovely grounds. As others noted, the hotel covers several manicured acres and includes a number of separate buildings one or two stories tall. The first floor rooms feature a large private patio - the upper floor offers a smaller private balcony. The hotel architecture exemplifies mid-century design- it opened in 1958. We enjoyed seeing the outdoors - mature trees and many songbirds. It’s definitely not an enclosed high rise hotel experience. We parked our car on the hotel grounds after the busman brought our luggage to the room. A staff member raised the boom blocking the parking entrance which provides extra security, and we walked across the grounds to our room. We passed several pools but these look like water features and not for swimming. The hotel is centrally located in cosmopolitan Guadalajara. Traffic at the morning and evening rush hours can try your patience so go out at a different time of day. The city is dynamic and Mexican culture abounds. Large tree lined boulevards pass gorgeous fountains and sculptures depicting greatness. It’s inspiring! Other guests mentioned the buffet breakfast at La Huerta. It offers Mexican breakfast dishes, fresh fruit, dairy items, and an omelette station - which also will make small quesadillas on homemade tortillas. Try the squash blossom quesadilla- different! We booked through the hotel’s website and included breakfast for two. Compared to what other hotels charge, Camino Real Guadalajara offers an exceptional value. We look forward to returning to it again.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, the girl at reception was very attentive, the room seemed recently remodeled, the sheets smelled clean, despite various reviews that I read on other platforms, it made me doubt, but there is nothing like checking it out for yourself and it was a pleasant surprise, I recommend it.

What a terrible stay! Nightmare. Arrived exhausted after a 6 hour drive. Hotel room we booked looked NOTHING like photos. Hotel had tried to give us an old room and not the refurbished nice rooms advertised on the website. Total tip off. Had to pay slightly more for one of the refurbished rooms. Rooms at closet inspection were very badly finished. Photos attached. Walls dirty, loo roll holder almost hanging off. Light switches all covered in paint and crooked…… We asked for the sofa bed to be made up for our child and we were told no! That there was no one available at 10.30pm to make up any bed. We were offered ONE bedsheet that was badly stained, worn and completely wrinkled like it had never been ironed. Also we were give one, again very wrinkled pillow and pillowcase and a green Blanc let in a very dirty bag. Shocking. Don’t know what to say! Does the HILTON GROUP know that this hotel is running their name through the muck? So upsetting To add insult to injury this Hilton Hotel advertises Premium Egyptian cotton bedding!!!! Photos attached of HILTONS premium Egyptian bedding!!! Hilton Guadalajarra ruined our one night stay in Guadalajarra.

GGuest UserLocation is very good. Also the staff was nice. There is a beautiful garden that is good to chill. The place is dirty. Not enough bathroom for the quantity of beds. For me, it seems that no one care about the hostel, maybe too many people with few resposabilities. Also the staff made a lot of noise on the bedroom (the ones who are living there), like they were at their own houses. There is no ”travel people mood”, it seems a place with no owner. I would never come back.

PPETERIf you are looking for a clean and comfortable room at a good rate, this might be the place for someone. A shopping mall is located not far from the hotel which was very convenient. It is true what other people had posted on their reviews in regards of staff efficiency, they are slow on servicing the guests in the hotel. We asked for room slippers and front desk said they where $ 250 Pesos we checked for room amenities on the hotel site and it claimed that slippers where included, we explained this to front desk and never got slippers for our 4 day stay. Perhaps the hotel should change the General Manager.
My room was clean and had a beautiful view. The breakfast was *the* best hotel breakfast I have ever had. There were fresh juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, made-to-order eggs, pastries, Mexican hot chocolate etc. There is a variety of restaurants across the street so it is a very convenient place to stay.
