They didn't have our room ready, we had to change from a double bed to a king room because it wasn't ready (after 3pm), the shower wall was cover in hair, I left the room for the day, when I came back to sleep the bed was covered in hair, the kind that looks like ***** hair. I went to reception and the overnight lady said they were fully booked so she couldn't change me to another room, I asked for new sheets and she said she didn't have any, and that I needed to go back in the morning to asked for clean sheets!!!!!!!! I had to (barely) slept in an uncovered mattress. Plus I had to pay for the room again at the hotel because they didn't see my payment from the app and I'm still waiting to get my refund. Awful experience, i won't use this site or the same hotel ever again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check in was great the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back when we are back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful and quite stay..

I had to request a new room, because the first room was totally untouched by house keeping. The room I was moved to didn't have a operational a/c. I was miserable for the entire night trying to sleep through the heat and traffic noise outside my window. I was moved to another the next day. It was fine, but the morning desk clerk told me that I couldn't be moved due to the hotel being sold out. When I returned from my round of golf the afternoon desk clerk told me that the a/c wasn't repaired. She moved me without hesitation to the room next door. I will never book this hotel again! And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Bathroom was not clean, there was hair all over the floor and in the bathtub. Also discovered clothes left over from previous guests still hanging in the closet.
