They didn't have our room ready, we had to change from a double bed to a king room because it wasn't ready (after 3pm), the shower wall was cover in hair, I left the room for the day, when I came back to sleep the bed was covered in hair, the kind that looks like ***** hair. I went to reception and the overnight lady said they were fully booked so she couldn't change me to another room, I asked for new sheets and she said she didn't have any, and that I needed to go back in the morning to asked for clean sheets!!!!!!!! I had to (barely) slept in an uncovered mattress. Plus I had to pay for the room again at the hotel because they didn't see my payment from the app and I'm still waiting to get my refund. Awful experience, i won't use this site or the same hotel ever again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check in was great the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and very helpful. We will definitely go back when we are back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful and quite stay..

El personal encantador sobre todo el chico que está por la noche y la chica de recepción de la mañana La limpieza muy bien al llegar La habitación muy limpia igual que el baño Pero en 4 noches y pidiendo que limpiaran la habitación no fue posible , siempre había alguna excusa , que si el fin de semana había estado llegando, él segundo día que no sabían porque no se había hecho , hasta la última noche después de haberme quejado por la mañana cuando me prometieron que estaría limpia , ya no tenía toallas limpias, la basura de las compras rebasaba , y la caja fuerte no funcionó nunca a pesar que hice el comentario el primer día. El desayuno bien solo que la máquina de panqueques NUNCA funcionó tampoco
