Excellent service and rooms at this brand new Houston hotel. Every single Thompson staff member we encountered went above and beyond, from the valet to check-in staff to the drivers (Cedric and Abraham especially). We loved our upgraded corner suite - very roomy and nicely appointed with a huge bathroom and 180 degree views of the park and Houston. Love the Allen Parkway location which is close to shopping and fun restaurants. I’ve stayed at Thompson properties in New York and San Antonio and they simply cannot compare to the Houston location…everything in this hotel was just better. If I had one complaint it is that room service stops at 10 pm…we came back from an office party starving at 9:50 and had to quickly order before the kitchen was closed. 10 pm feels too early to end service for the night. Otherwise perfect stay and we will return. Thank you to a spectacular staff!

I was staying at the hotel for a guys trip (football game). I was the only one staying at the Thompson. Let’s just say I was “the envy of all my friends” Hotel modern and prestige, Great size room, bed very comfortable, great view of the pool and skyline. Great location you are less than 100 yds from EOS 24 hr fitness (complimentary for hotel guess) and one of Houston’s finest Tex Mex restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel

The winter layout is beautiful and comfy with a lovely view of the city. We had a charcuterie board as well as some s’mores which we were able to roast over a fire pit with music of our choice. Monica was a very attentive host. Would definitely return.

Stay here. Great location, great service, great views, fair price. I go to Houston every quarter for business so I’ve stayed all over Downtown and the Galleria and this has become my go to hotel by far. Offering an environmentally safe bottle of water that can be refilled in every floor is a great touch. I would only improve breakfast to be faster in a workday, yet quality of food was great.

Excellent experience all around. Hotel ambiance was exactly our style--modern, sexy vibe, laid back elegance, and CLEAN! Couples panorama room with the stand alone tub was breathtaking! Front desk staff and bellmen were top notch. Thank you Briana, Ljubomir, and the rest of the team! Your attention to detail, thoughtfulness and warmth made our honeymoon a weekend for the ages.

Our driver Charles has been very exceptional and a safe driver. Great conversationist. The hotel staff has been wonderful and provided excellent service. We keep coming back for all of that and the lovely views of downtown Houston that can’t be matched anywhere else.

Nice accommodations! Loved that guests get a reusable bottle and can refill it with flat or sparkling water on each floor! It was a bit out of the way from my office, but the availability of a hotel driver was convenient, and the driver was awesome - Cedric drove me every morning to my office and helped start my day on a friendly note!
