The Hotel was not far from the airport. However the hotel itself needs updating. The room was poor. The bathroom wasn't clean and they only gave us 2 towels for 4 people. I feel the picture we saw online was far from what we saw in person.

When I walked in room 214, there was a strange smell and, although it was December and around 9pm, the air conditioner was blowing full blast and set to 62 degrees--perhaps to clean out the smell? In the bathroom, a dirty washcloth was hanging on the shower curtain. The base of the lamp was covered with dust. I turned on the faucet for the sink, and at full blast, only a stream of water. My room had a window on an area that was lit up outside all night and there was only a lace curtain. I had to hang up a sheet over the window to get things a little darker to be able to sleep. I couldn't help but think that in this time of pandemic, they certainly must not have used any protocols to sanitize the place if they couldn't even catch a dirty washcloth left behind or dust the base of the lamp. In the morning, while leaving, I noticed there sign asking people to wear face masks, as a maid walked through the lobby--not wearing a face mask. I assume she would have been the one in charge of sanitizing the place. NOT recommended.

Buenos días yo fui 17 en la noche propio mi cuenta por Uber nunca no me contesta el teléfono y hotel está cerrado no hay nadie no puedo alejar después regrese perdí casi $150 por Uber por favor me vuelva reembolso para mí lo que pague hotel porque Botim no está abierto y está la luz apagada es muy triste primera vez porque Hotel estaba cerrado y no puedo dormir anoche tuve Aeroporto por favor me ayuda y reembolso cuando ya está mi tarjeta de crédito por favor me avisa que tengas lindo día

Horrible customer service. The guy working at the front desk was not nice, wasn’t helpful. At 1am woke up to domestic abuse, yelling, banging on doors, screaming. Cops knocked on my door and asked if I knew what happened. Hotel staff nowhere to be seen. Food was strewn in front of my hotel room. Woke up and the mess was still there. Had to call down to get someone to clean it. Front desk didn’t even know that the cops came and that there was fighting. What a mess. Would not recommend this place. It’s a bit of a dump. Hoping to get our money back and check in to another hotel tonight. Room has a coffee base, but no coffee pot. lol

AC didn't work. Didn't drop below 80 the entire night. Place smelled. Either there is crazy pollin that wasn't cleaned, or cleaning reagents, I honestly don't know but it was very difficult to breath, my alergies went crazy. Bare in mind, the next night I stayed at another hotel with NO ISSUES. I was on top of the sheets sweating all night. Their cable tv consists of like 10-15 channels. Which the following night, I had 100+ with HBO, Cinimax, comedy central, etc... This was my first time staying at a place "below" a marriot level experience. The following night I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for 10 bucks more. I will be goign there for ALl my future travels. I expected a similar experience being "low quality", and nope ... coming from this, it bowled me over at the professionalism, cleanliness, etc... TLDR - AVOID RAMADA

There employees are rude at front desk it smells like **** the rooms are not all that no cover on beds plus my window had a crack and my deposit was never refunded after I gave them proof!!I paid there employees stills I know I pd it talking about not on the book!!don’t go here u will b sorry!!!
