Mobility Accessible King Room with Roll in Shower

As an Honours member, I tried to stay at this place. The information. on the App advised the property accepts cash as payment. My choice of payment w a CC as a hold. I travelled to the place & was told cash was not accepted. Wow.  No compromise. No offer of goodwill.  Sorry. No cash accepted.  In other words go to hell I don’t care what the app says and your Loyalty to Hilton.  Pathetic communication on app.  Pathetically poor customer service at the hotel and pathetic disregard for me, the customer, trying to stay at their hotel.  With this experience , I may be reevaluating my participation in Hilton Homors

There are not many types of breakfast, but the hotel is very quiet, the waiter is very Nice, the price is very high
