The room overall was clean, but there were no slippers provided in the rooms. Also, there was no hand-held showerhead in the shower. Breakfast was good. However, I booked through another travel site and they didn't provide a receipt at the property, which was inconvenient. I still haven't received it. I would appreciate it if they could email me the receipt after checking.

The place the old and dated. Furniture is dirty. Tiles are broken. The beds are too short….not. Standard size. I’m 5’7’ and my feet hung off the end of the bed.

This was the perfect hotel. From the inviting scents to the immaculate cleanliness, the well kept floors to the smoothie bar at breakfast, this place had it all. The mattress and pillows were comfy, the room was well apportioned. Thank you

******* messed up my hotel booking. I booked 2 rooms of 2 queen beds. But when the booking showed up in the Houston Hotel system, there was 1 room with 2 queen beds and another room was 1 king bed type. Eventually, the receptionist managed to find a room of 2 beds for me.

The water tastes terrible, there is no water pressure in the shower, and the A/C did not cool the room properly. Staff is very nice and for the most part it is pretty clean. I like staying there because of the area and convenience, but may have to look elsewhere next time.
